These are amazingly comfortable, right out of the box. Not the prettiest shoes I've ever worn, but they're the ones I want to wear all the time since I got them and more comfortable than going barefoot!

Long skinny shoe! Too tight where your foot bends when you walk. Padding is Nice. Softwalks are usually great for comfort, arch and Padding and this shoe just did not fit my foot type, duck feet. If your foot is long and skinny this is the clog for you.

Wow! I have a normal foot size and yet I couldn't even put my foot all the way in

I love the look of this shoe—it’s just too narrow for me.

Stiff, bottom making my soles burn. Thry don't bend and flex and grandma looking.

These clogs are cute and nicely cushioned, but the arch support is very minimal, and once the cushioning compresses a bit, it's possible there will be even less.

I like these but they ate a little too high for casual wearing.

The right shoe was extremely stretched out. Unable to wear when one shoe is stretched out and the other is not.

I wear a 7.5C (wide, but not extremely so), I have a wide front of foot, narrow heel, & high instep which makes for a higher top of my foot, too. Initially I hoped that this shoe would work for me, but wearing them for a day proved me wrong; the arch support is not only too low, it hits my foot too far toward my heel rather than under my arch. Drat--they're cute but useless for me.

The length of these shoes is adequate, but because they are too wide despite being called narrow, my feet slid forward and my toes hit the front of the shoes.

==>> 1. The shoe color was advertised as "dark brown oily leather". The shoe I received was a medium brown nubuck leather, even though the box was marked dark brown oily leather. 2. The length of the shoe was fine. 3. The width was good across the top of my foot. ==>> 4. The toe box was not broad enough to allow my toes to spread out. Unfortunately, due to 1 and 4, I will be returning this order.

Arch support felt like in the wrong area so I think the shoes are just a bit big, try sizing down

Did not like the feeling of the sole that was supposed to feel soft (or so I thought it would) -- toe box felt too narrow for me; but they did look nice. They did not feel comfortable to me.

I like wearing these and they are comfortable, but despite my going down a half-size they are still too long. Next time I will go down another half-size. The width is perfect to wear with thin socks in the winter.

This SoftWalk clog was comfortable & stylish. However, it made a loud clicking sound when I walked. I think that the top layer of the cushioned heel pad would stick to the bottom layer as I loaded the shoe, then would pop back apart as I stepped forward & unloaded the shoe. It made a noticeable clicking sound with each step. Just the left shoe, not the right. I don't know if it will go away, so sadly, I have to return. Thank goodness for Zappos easy return - it's why I keep coming back to Zappos.

I've had Softwalk Abbys before and they were awesome. They lasted for years! I have wide feet and purchased the 10.5 WW. I've never had to "break in" a pair of WW shoes before. I find the ones I bought several years ago were softer and had no need for a break-in period. These new ones were very narrow for an extra wide. So much so I had to look at the label on the inside of the shoe to make sure it was what I ordered. If I had a different pair of shoes to wear to work, I would have returned them. Now I'm just hoping they stretch out some so they stop hurting my feet.

I ordered wide but still could not slide my foot inside. Need to be returned.

These shoes seemed REALLY comfortable, but inner materials made them really noisy. Too loud for hallways or even home use

Loved the style and fit but the soles are hard plastic and very slippery on my wood floors.

Just wasn't very comfortable.

This shoe fit fine but wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping for. I'm needing a shoe I can wear most of the day and this one is not for me. :(

Unfortunately, the big toe on my left foot hit the top/front of the shoe. I was also hoping for a bit more flexibility but the leather was hard and hit the top of my foot when I walked. Seems like it would have taken a while to break them in. Loved Zappos great speedy service, as always.

I purchase SoftWalk shoes several years ago. At that time the ENTIRE insole was mogul (bumpy). Some SoftWalk shoes are still made that way but not the Abby. I should have noticed the picture that shows it is PARTIALLY mogul up to but not including the heel area. To me the heel area is not as comfortable as it used to be. The Abby says the heel height is 1 3/4 inches but my measuring shows it is really 2 1/4 inches.

I so wanted to love the SoftWalk Abby (I got the black and brown suede), but honestly the upper of these shoes is so stiff that I can barely walk in them. Sadly I will be returning both pairs.
