This shoe fits, but I don't care for the style that much. It is very padded in the insole, and the part that goes over the top of your foot is also very padded. I think it makes for more shoe than is needed. However, if comfort was the only consideration I would have probably kept them.

I love these shoes but there is what looks like a large scuff on one of the shoes. That is very obvious. A note saying each shoe is different did not convince me to live with a large scuff. I will be returning them. But, I loved the fit of the shoes - they hugged my feet in a very comfortable way and I do not think that my feet would be slipping out (I only wore them to walk across a rug once I saw them (big scuff). They feel extraordinarily comfortable and I am going to read more reviews and then probably see if another pair looks better (unless scuffs are acceptable to this manufacturer). These would be great shoes for jeans/pants - very casual. But they seem very comfortable.

I bought these to accommodate a brace I'm wearing for an injured ankle and foot. The shoes are very comfortable and provide a great deal of support. They don't exactly look stylish, but neither do they look frumpy. I'm very happy with them.

Cute shoe. Footbed felt very cushie and good arch support. Unfortunately the band across the top of the shoe rubbed the top of my foot.

With plantar fasciitis and Achilles' tendonitis, needed shoes with good arch support, and with the spring coming I opted for clogs. These are very comfortable albeit a little "clunkier" looking than I would have liked; after all, they are clogs. Compared to other more expensive options that I ended up returning, these are a good buy and look fine with my longer pants.

Comfy shoe, fits well, but the dye comes off on my toes if I don't wear socks. Also there is a "puff" sound when I walk in them. Not bad, but I notice it.

it took 3 tries to get it right. I was shipped defective shoes twice on same foot but 3rd pair are better, still a slight tightness, probably the machine had some problem on the left side. Zappos was great in returning with free shipping both ways but had to pay for another pair twice before credited

I wanted comfortable clogs for the colder months and thought that these would be perfect. After reading the reviews on these, I went ahead and ordered a pair of navy ones. True to Zappos promise of speedy shipping, the shoes arrived the next day and I tore into the box and put them on. Wow! Out of the box these felt wonderful. But after an hour, my feet started to hurt. My toes felt too cramped. I do have a bunion on my left foot, and that is where it hurt. Since these clogs are cute, sporty shoes and suit my casual lifestyle, I was determined to keep working to make them comfortable. I tried thinner socks, but I still could not wear the shoes for very long. Since I made the mistake of wearing them outside, I cannot return for a larger size. Overall, these clogs feel about half a size too small and half a size too narrow. Perhaps when I have a little extra money to spare I might buy another larger pair. Live and learn...

I almost gave this shoe an overall rating of 5 stars, but comfort is a biggie. I wore these around the house when I first got them, and because of the return policy, I couldn't test them on different surfaces. When I took them out on the street, the "egg carton" type inner sole isn't as comfortable as info leads one to believe. The bonus, these clogs do fit narrow feet. For those who have narrow feet, you know how hard it is to find shows that fit. Perhaps the inner sole takes awhile to break in; lets hope so.

I have a fairly high instep and the shoe fits very snug. Very comfortable otherwise!

This shoe is very comfortable as a walking shoe. I appreciate the width in the toes since I have a wider foot, and it has very good arch support as I have high arches. My only complaint is that it is too long, and as I was leaving on a trip, had no time to exchange for a smaller size. Very good value for the price.

The number one disappointment is I didn't feel these matched the color red shown. They are an odd shade of dark red that I don't like as much as I had hoped I would. I bought these in black last year and loved them, but the same size this year is slightly tighter. It's difficult having big and wide feet.

I have narrow feet that are hard to fit in a comfortable, slide-in shoe, yet I love the convenience of stepping into shoes. This shoe comes up high enough on my instep that I don't "walk out" of them, nor do they fall off my feet as I walk. The toe box is large enough that my feet don't feel cramped.

Nice shoe. My only concern is that it feels kind of rigid; I can't seem to get it broken in. I want the upper part to flex a little more. But that may be just me. It's a nice looking shoe.

Shoe runs a tad short. I had ordered a 10.5N but then reordered a 11N. The 11N was way too big so I am keeping the 10.5N. Wish these came in slims.

I had two other SoftWalk shoes and both were 9 1/2 N so I was confident that this one of the same size would fit, but I was wrong. They were too short, but to order a 10 N would then be too wide. I really liked the style but had to send it back.

Very comfortable shoe! It's great for walking given its cushion and lightness. I wouldn't consider it a summer shoe given that it is also a very warm shoe.

These shoes were super comfortable from the first moment I put them on! Like walking on a cloud!

Other reviews mentioned this shoe being true to size, which leads me to wonder if the pair I received was mis-labeled. My 7-1/2 pair feel like at least the length of a size 8. Width seems right and cushioning feels nice.

These are truly the softest Mules/Clogs I have ever owned. Highly recommend them for anyone who wants a really comfortable, casual clog.

These shoes are true to their name: they have a very soft, cushiony insole. However, I don't think they have a good enough arch support which I need. The size of length runs true. But my lovely bunions hurt at the end of the day, so I'm not sure if it's just my 56-year-old feet, or they aren't wide enough for my duck feet. I ordered extra wide.

A very comfortable solid shoe. I was an extreme fan of SoftWalk's Modesto -- which was very sadly discontinued -- and this is the closest thing to it. It's not as cute as the Modesto, which I got a truly bizarre amount of compliments on, but it's otherwise very similar. The Modesto was by a long mile the shoe that I had gotten the most compliments on and was the most comfortable shoe I'd ever worn as well. This shoe seems to fit exactly the same except it is slightly higher at the heel. Still to see how that feels as I'm saving these for the spring. They feel more invigorating with the higher heel, though. I have a wide foot and a very high instep. I often unfortunately need an E, but this fits great in 9D. I'm not sure that it's extra wide -- just that this shoe fits well my type of foot.
