This is the third Softwalk Abby I have owned over the years. Lately, it's all I want to wear. I have an old back injury and when I wear these, the pain subsides so much. Thank you for such a great shoe. I will buy more!

I got these shoes for both work and casual wear. I'm on my feet for hours on end and needed a shoe that would support my feet in comfort. The Softwalk Abby does just that! It's not only super comfortable, but really cute too. I highly recommend it!

These are a great choice. They are comfortable and sturdy. I have a large, wide foot (11½WW) and work on my feet (12-14 hours). These shoes are super comfortable, provide very good support and last a long time. I bought a second pair in Navy as back up. Roomy toe box. Buy them. Zappos' customer service is unparalleled! Very comfortable shoes. I have wide feet and ordered these in W and WW. The WW were almost too wide. That rarely happens.

Thank you Zappos! I am 31 weeks pregnant and have been searching for a shoe to fit my expanded (width) foot. I normally wear an 11 wide and have a high instep. It's normal for me to have trouble finding cute, comfortable shoes. I ordered these SoftWalk Abby's in an 11 WW hoping they would be a winner. Well, they are! They are super comfortable and width is perfect. Zappos, thanks again for accommodating wide widths and a pregger's feet!

I have owned this shoe for a few months. It is very comfortable and I am on my feet sometimes more than 8 hrs a day. I wear 8.5M. While the shoe size is true, the shoe fits snug. I only use this with hosiery stockings. But the fact that the shoe is snug helps walking easier in this mule.

I love this shoe as I do many of the SoftWalk shoes that I buy. I have very wide feet, high instep, and need lots of room in the toe box. This shoe fills all my needs. I'm glad to see that the sole has been improved, still soft and comfortable, but I can tell it will last longer that the thin leather lining over the original egg crate sole. A good travel shoe to go through security; slips off and on so quickly and easily.

I love these shoes! They are exactly as their names implies, SoftWalk! However, they run big. I wear 8 and had to get a 7 1/2. Otherwise great fit.

I love these shoes because they are extremely comfortable and stylish too. I bought them in black, and they look better in person than in the picture. The insole is the softest of any shoe I've ever owned. I can wear them all day and my feet never hurt or feel hot or tired. This is my third pair of Softwalk shoes, and they all seem to run a little short, so I have to order 1/2 size larger than usual.

I picked these up after having some heel pain in flip flops. So far, they feel fabulous on the foot, even after walking for a while. They have the softest, most cushiony footbed of any shoes I've ever worn. Another bonus is that they look like cute boots when you see the tops peeking out below jeans.

Another great product by SoftWalk. I will use this one for work as a sales associate and for everyday activities. Love the comfort of this product.

Great for long hours on your feet.

This shoe runs a bit narrow so I opted for 1/2 size larger and wide with, 8 W. The fit is just about perfect, for me. They are unbelieveably plush inside...they're a treat for your feet. However, I was only able to get these in Navy. As much as I love them, I don't they're practical for me.... P.S. Zappos: When completing the your size is out of stock we'll notify you when it's available, does this EVER ACTUALLY OCCUR?? I've filled this form out many, MANY times, and I don't think I've ever received 'your item is back in stock' emails. Case in Point: I've been eveying the SoftWalk Abby for a few years, and filling out the form to get them in my size in BLACK. No kidding, at least three years on and off, but NOOOO 'We have it in your size now!" My point: If Zappos knows it won't be replenishing stock for a particular shoe, be straight-up about it. For items you KNOW will likely be repleniished, allow customers to fill-out the color and size they want. I've been frustrated by this for awhile, so I guess I had to say my piece. You may certainly include this comment with my review, but if you choose not, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME about this issue. I would greatly appreciate any insight that may be provided. Many Thanks!.

I ordered the 11 and it was a bit short as my heel came right to the end of the sole. They were snug but I felt as if they would break in and nothing hurt. The padding is very luxurious and it would be comfortable. I am one of those size 11s that really wants an 11.5 which is a very rare shoe. Probably Dansko 42 is my best size. These SoftWalks I would be hardpressed to fit in a sock. They are also warm. I didn't like the scalloped leather trim so I didn't order a 12.

The picture shows a black innersole to this shoe. It is actually a light color. Since they are clogs and run a little long, it is very unattractive with the light innersole showing on the back of the shoe.

These are the only shoes that I found that I was able to wear while recovering from a broken ankle/heel. The only reason I am returning this pair is because the color is not as shown. Instead of a dark brown oily leather, it looks like a medium brown suede. I would have kept them if the color was as described and as it appears on this website. I also purchased the black pair and love them

length was good, width is not narrow enough for me

Really liked them but they're a tad too wide for my narrow foot, so my toes hit the front of the shoe. One thing worth nothing, when I put them on they were incredibly noisy but by the time I walked to the other end of the house in them, they were whisper quiet. I guess the little air pockets have to fill with or express air, but only once. I tried them on again a couple days later before returning them, and they were still quiet.

These are good looking clogs, but they did not feel good on my feet. They were a little too long, and the cream color sole was very noticeable. Ack they go.

Nice shoe; but I need a shoe with a little more heel height. Would like to have the exact shoe with 1/2 inch higher heel.
