I ordered by usual size, but these were too short in the foot length and too wide in the heel. I did not care for the eggcrate feel on the footbed - it was a little softer than I anticipated and I worried it would not hold up well over a long period of time.

Comfortable shoe & inside sole seems as if it would be great for all-day comfort! But these are not available in my size 10.5, so I had to order up 1 half size. Thus, they are too big & I know the 10 will be too short. Sending back, for a 10.5 in another brand.

I ordered these beautiful clog 8.5 AA. For many years I have been wearing sneakers because my feet are very narrow and nothing really fits and this was no different. I guess maybe I am just plain A. My little tow was crushed, I wore them around the house but didn't help. So sad to return them, it is really a beautiful shoe and good quality and for the first time there was no space between the top of my foot and the shoe.

Received them on time, 8.5 AA, they fit almost perfect, including, to my surprise, the top of my foot (the instep?). The only problem is my little toe being crushed, maybe I am not AA but just plain A, which you don't have. Been wearing them around the carpeted apt. to see if anything changes but I nothing till now. I will have to return them, I am afraid the B will be too wide on the top, like all the clogs I have tried on. I will check for something in just plain A probably not Soft Walk and I am really sorry...

Bottom line, these shoes just don't fit my feet, even though I tried them in two sizes. I am so disappointed because they are really cute. They feature a very cushy insole which feels great. The leather is nice, and I really need some brown shies. Unfortunately, I had to return both pairs.

Mostly really comfortable, with a padded insole that's like a pillow for your feet. The only complaints I have is the top part of the shoe hits the top part of my foot right on the bone, where it rubs a bit. Socks would help, I'm sure. I also have a bunion and though these are wide (D), there was rubbing along the side of the toe. I think they will break in (I hope they will) and will be more comfortable (that's why I gave it only 4 stars). Pretty details and I love the color.

The Black/Black Patent color runs wider and longer than other colors of the same style, in the same size. I ordered both, and measured, after trying on, to confirm.

I have had the Abby shoes for 3-4 years and wear them more than any other shoes, so they are beginning to look a bit shabby. They are so comfortable and cradle my feet nicely. They are one of the first pair of shoes I was able to wear after foot surgery. They are also nice to wear here in the wet Pacific Northwest, especially after a quick spray with waterproofing. They keep my feet elevated from the puddles just enough to stay dry and warm.
Con: The soles are wearing out with holes on the bottom, but I don't believe they are constructed to be repaired. Please tell me if I am wrong about this.

I wear an 8 1/2 in most every brand of shoes and often a size 8 if I can obtain a wide width shoe. This size 8 1/2 is way too short compared to most size 8 1/2's. I had to reorder in a size 9 and pay AGAIN; while returning the size 8 1/2 for a refund, since they do not offer exchanges. Appreciate the free returns but still have money tied up into 2 pairs of shoes, they are not cheap, until refund processed and others are shipped. Hopefully this will not become an issue waiting on my refund of the pair that are returned, we'll see.

I just developed a bone spur at the end of my heal which made wearing "regular" shoes very painful. Due to my type 2 diabetes and very wide feet I can only wear very wide shoes. These feet in the extra wide but could be just a bit wider for more comfort. So far I've worn them to work and shopping and my feet felt fine.

The 12W were too long and wide, but the 11W were too short and narrow. I’m hoping the 11WW will get back in stock, and I can try those. I think the soles seemed comfortable, and I like the look.

I love the look of SoftWalk Clogs....I just wish the sole wasn't so sticky. Too hard to slip them on it pulls on your socks. If the sole was leather, I think that would be better.

Good looking shoe and decently comfortable. Wish it had a little more arch support and were just a little bigger in the toes but I wore it two days in a row with a lot of time on my feet the first day, and found it pretty comfortable. Not awesome but very good. I like that it is neither too girly nor too crunchy.

I love the insoles in the shoes. Since I am diabetic they help cushion my feet. I just wish you carried a 10 w-ww in most of your shoes. They sell out fast then I am left with nothing.

Bought these shoes in mid December 16, and just loved them, so comfortable. Great fit, not tight, and so soft. Unfortunately, by early January, after only a couple of wears the front stitching came open.

I purchased these in my normal size, but I ordered them in a wide. I have never worn wide shoes before, but I am on my feet for 12 hours and wanted some extra room. I am very happy with these. They are almost like slippers. They stay on my feet even though they are roomy and the height is perfect. Arch support is minimal but for the price I have been happy.

Ordered two pairs, different sizes, and it's a good thing! One pair had a sharp, thick staple sticking up from the insole and hurt my toe when I tried it on. Fortunately, that was the pair that did not fit so well, and the other pair fits beautifully and is very comfortable. I am a teacher, on my feet all day, and these felt as good at 3:30 as they did at 9:30. Rather expensive, but with my large, wide feet, I'm getting used to spending a lot to find good shoes that fit well. Just check inside with your hand for pointy objects before trying these on!

Heading to Europe for 15 days and needed a versatile shoe that was both comfortable and stylish for all the walking we will be doing - and this has both! So comfortable... feels like I am wearing slippers. Great shoe for jeans or dress pants. I got the wide, which was perfect for my wide foot, but I probably could have gotten a 1/2 size smaller. No big deal - I love these shoes!!

Thought I might need a wide to compensate for high instep, but wide is very wide. I thought about keeping and wearing thick socks for winter but was afraid I would walk out of shoe. This a very casual style with a comfortable footbed, just too wide for me.
