I really like the design but the top was so loose, that my narrow feet were not staying in the shoe I've worn this clog before, but this time the top is a bit high and not comfortable to move in without feeling like I would lose the shoe or slide around.

The clog is the perfect height, also it is very comfortable. My only complaint is it does not come up high enough over the top of your foot. I have other clogs they cover much more of the top of the foot than these do. considering these are so expensive the company can afford more leather.

I like the style, but the heel is higher than I expected. This makes my foot slide too far down the shoe making it difficult to wear. Thinking of returning them.

These were my first softwalk shoes. They were very comfortable. Unfortunately just after three months they have started to rip at the seams I am very disappointed given how much they cost.

This shoe, Abby, has a notably different shape than the looks-similar "Murietta". This one did NOT fit me well at all, while the Murietta was perfect (but too tall). Abby, here, has a bit less padding at the arch opening as well.

Though the size I ordered was 1/2 size smaller than my usual, it was still too big. I totally believe that the reason for this is because I was able to order the WIDE width, which allows me often to order a smaller size. I would have exchanged or re-ordered in smaller size, but again in the WIDE width, if it had not been for the leather of the shoe. Though beautiful in appearance, it did not feel soft enough on my foot. It is not a product fault, it is that my feet are highly sensitive. Thank you.

The leather on these shoes has a nice soft feel. I liked the style for work and casual wear. Unfortunately, compared to other Softwalk shoes with the egg-crate insoles I have purchased in the past, the padding in these shoes was very skimpy. The egg-crate padding does not even go all the way to the toes like my older Softwalk shoes with egg-crate insoles. Comparatively speaking, I was very disappointed with the quality of the insoles in these shoes. I have a pair of older Softwalk shoes of similar style with egg-crate insoles that are about 7 years old in my closet right now. They actually have more padding in them than these new ones that I just bought. When I slide them on my feet they still feel wonderful even after all these years. They actually make tired feet feel soothed. I hope the Softwalk company returns to their previous quality of crafting shoes. If so, I am a customer for life.
