The boots, unfortunately were too wide for my feet.

I have been waiting for LL Bean to offer these again. They have similar soles but the leather upper is not the same. Sent back.

The shoe portion fit great and they are SO cute... however... the ankle portion is SO SO loose (I'm not a thin person with thin ankles either..) and it both looked weird to have so much empty space in the ankle AND I felt zero ankle support and like, since this boot has a heel, I had a good chance of rolling my ankle.

I was sent a woman's boot, not a mans. Therefore, it was too small and too narrow.

I got these as a Christmas gift and while I was super excited to get them, I was pretty disappointed when one of the shoes totally fell apart when I took it off. I'm assuming it's a defective pair considering it was my second time wearing them will be taking back to the store.

I purchased the "6.5" Bean Boot Chelsea Women's in a size 7 as I am a size 7-1/2 to 8. They were too large and I exchanged them for a size 6-1/2. Those were too large. The fit is so wonky. I gave up.

Listing said order down a complete size, so I did. It was still huge on my foot. No confidence that I could find correct size without trying on in a store (none near me), so I had to return. Return process was smooth.

Boots are made for fat feet. I didn't return them because they charge you more to do so.

These boots just fit strangely and are very wide at the top. They are difficult to walk in, as the boot won't stay on the foot.

Waaaay too big. I wear a women's six and a half or seven. I sized down to a six but I couldn't keep them on my feet. Unusually uninformed customer service rep attempted to help me. I asked about kids' sizes but s/he couldn't quite find the relevant information. Very disappointed. I found a good alternative at Hunter Boots.

Do not stand up to am/pm barn chores. Cracks in the sides with in 2 months.

I bought these as a 25th birthday gift for my daughter. I sized down per the instructions but they were HUGE. Her feet slipped right out of them. The elastic at the top was very stretched out as well and served no purpose.

These boots are SO cheaply made. I can't believe they were made in the USA. The stitches are fake and the glue that barely holds them together is visible and sticky, The leather is also cheap. These boots were the only thing I asked for Christmas and I'm so sad about them.

Once I got the right size, they were very uncomfortable.

I have tried to find the right fit by ordering on-line but its been a nightmare. I am normally a size 8 shoe/boot. Based on reviews I ordered a 7 (a full size down) - it came and was still too big. I sent it back for a size 6.5 and it is still too big and going back. There is a return fee of $6.50, even if you are exchanging the product. So it will cost me $13.00 to try and figure out LL Beans odd boot sizing. I will not order from LL Bean in the future.

Very wide color not like picture way over priced !!!

I ordered these before moving to our farm, in preparation for a Northern winter. I had them lying in wait for months, and when I finally put them on I discovered that they are crazy big. I had to wear them, of necessity and darn near killed myself, slipping on a rock because of it. This size ten woman could probably give them to her size 10 BROTHER!!!

The boots were extremely large width wise. I could not wear them.. even with very large socks they fell off my feet. I also followed the rules in order to size down. I had to send them back.

I typically associate LL Bean with better than average quality. However these are a disappointment. Construction seems good, but overall huge- even after going down a full size- with small, almost pointed toe box. I kept these, hoping that thick socks would mitigate the overall loose fit, but I can't wear for long due to toe squeeze. Would NOT recommend!
