Wow, I was very excited when I bought these pants, but so disappointed when they arrived. They are simply enormous. I could't believe how huge these size small pants were. I am 5'2" 135 and carry more of my weight in my hips and thighs, yet these pants looked like a giant garbage parachute that were falling off my waist. Now I have the pleasure of giving LL Bean an extra $6 to return the garbage they sent me. Thanks LL Bean I've learned my lesson to not order from you again. I feel like I was scammed.

So disappointed in these pants. I bought hoping to wear when traveling. After washing pants are soft and comfortable. Shortly after any movement the pants lose all shape. After a few hours it looks like I'm wearing someone else pants that are too big. They are barley stay on by the shoestring in the waist. If I bend over at all - the pants won't stay on. For the price I paid I'm very upset with the quality of the pants. I don't even want to wear in public.

The description says soft. Not! Irritates my legs. May have something to do with the dye? They're black. You can smell the dye also. I've washed them twice and it's still there.

Style looks good& practical. The fabric seems durable, time will tell.

Great pants but unaffordable like one of the reviewer says.

Although these pants fit just fine and the waist was comfortable, the fabric is stiff and just bunched below the waistband. Returning.

I really hoped these pants would work for me, the fabric is excellent. Sadly, though I sometimes wear petite sizes, the rise was too short and the fit unworkable

I was very disappointed in the cut/sizing- wish I had realized early enough to return unworn for a full credit. I really liked the pockets styling and the material. Had purchased for casual work pants- pockets a must. Sadly, every time I wear I feel uncomfortable- like I am wearing oompa-loompa pants. The calves are very tight when I walk or bend my legs but the area around the abdomen is billowy with excess material. If I had gone a size down for the waist then I would not have fit my calves at all. Bummer.

I was trying to find some long pants that actually were long, these are great length wise, they turned out to be a little tight in the calves but I have large calves and so I thought I could live with that...but now after maybe 6 months, the front of the legs (thigh area) are starting to fade to an ugly pinkish tan color, the pants are a darker blue. I have never used bleach when washing (don't even own any bleach) and it's only the front of the thigh area, the color is holding fine elsewhere. Sadly for me I have misplaced the receipt so I can't return them, just wanted to give people a heads up.

I wanted to like these pants, but they were very dumpy and unflattering. The drawstring waist caused the stomach and back areas to pooch out. I had to return these.

Fit in the thighs, too big in the seat. Not elastic in the waist so must be tied. I am 77 and wear my shirts out. Looks awful with the tie sticking out under my shirt. The seat in the back folded over my thighs. The fabric was good. I was looking for summer weight slacks. These were not the ones. PS - there wasn't any glue on the return address label. This was a disaster!

THE PANTS DO NOT LOOK GOOD ON ME AND I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THEM....I WORE THEM ONCE THOUGH.....
