I am not a runner but I do love this shoe. I am an 82 year old woman who has a balance problem plus fallen arches. This shoe gives me the support and stability that I need. I love this new one in a beautiful blue color.

Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes. These shoes do not run true to size. I've noticed that with the last couple of pairs I've ordered. I have to go up at least a full size, if not more, whereas other brands remain true to size. Also, when you buy a pair of shoes over $125, I'd expect the shoe laces to be of a better quality. I still like Brooks, but I have to try on before purchasing.

I LOOOOOOOVE these shoes! I used to use Adrenaline for my low-key, 50+ year old running. I have since changed to Ariel and they feel GREAT. I have OA in both big toes (so very little bend) and overpronate - these offer great stability and aren't too cushioned that my toe joints move around (and yet are cushioned enough so that they don't hurt with each strike.) They also don't curve up much at the toe like Adrenaline - because my feet literally can't go into that U shape. My legs/hips aren't sore after my run either - I feel like I could run farther/longer without a problem. Thank you Brooks for figuring it all out!

The Ariels have been so supportive. I have arthritis in both knees and they have just the right amount of stability and cushion. The shoe is sturdy and comfy at the same time. I love the glycerin but I need a little extra support.

Liked instant fit and comfort. Nice on the instep. Wished Ariel had a greater variety of colors in all sizes. I was limited to black and the teal was beautiful but not available in wide. I have purchased Ariels for two decades when they only had black and white.

For many years, I have been wearing Brooks Ariel 20 shoes for walking (almost every day). They fit well and give very good support. When I looked online and didn't find the same shoe number, I learned through the chat that Ariel GTS 23 was the same shoe - and it was even on sale. I was thrilled that the shoes were sent to me within a few days, with NO delivery fee. Thank you, Brooks!

Ive been wearing Ariels for many, many years now. They are the only shoes that give me the foot support I need to avoid knee pain. They are comfortable and have great support and stability. Im so happy that theyve finally made one in neutral colors. I ordered 4 pairs!!!

I love these shoes! I work on my feet for 10 hours a day. I can go to work and then come home with little to none foot pain. These also help to correct my duck footed walk and because of that I've had much less knee pain. Highly recommend for a comfortable shoe that moves with you. I did size up a half size for comfortability.

Very comfortable and supportive. I go up a size in sneakers and have taken to purchasing a wide width feom Brooks. After several years wearing Ghost 14 & 15's, I find these more supportive.

My favorite shoe literally EVER. It's so hard to find a shoe with great cushioning AND great support... Usually one is sacrificed for the other. The Ariel combines both with absolutely nothing sacrificed. Generally, on a max cushion shoe, there's tons of lateral motion... Not so with the Ariel. You get all the cushion with no side to side rocking. I'm in love with these! And they make them in women's sizes that fit my giant ski feet. Lol I'd love to see them in a light cornflower blue.

I very much like my Ariel GTS 23. This is the second pair for of the 23 but have been wearing Ariels for several years now. I have plantar fasciitis, and these keep my feet very happy. I am not a runner but walk every day between 3-4 miles a day. I also use these to play pickleball. Running shoes are not recommended for pickleball but I can NOT find a court shoe with enough support. These have worked very well for me for walking and pickleball. Like the Extra wide availability.

Love these shoes. I dont run but after foot surgery 15 years ago, Ariels are the only ones that are comfortable. I even golf in them. I always wore the original Ariel and decided to try these. Perfect!
