Unfortunately, not enough support. Will need to return. how do I proceed, I no longer have the box.

This shoe is not 12.5 4 E. I have worn 20 + years. I can barely get on. I would like a return and reship a Beast that fits.

I have worn beasts with professional orthotics for almost 30 years with great success. The 2023 beast is not good. A spot on the instep of my left foot irritates my instep such that i cannot wear them. I have tried 2 different pairs and there is something in the construction that does not work for me. Perhaps it is an inner seam. I will buy the 20's as long as I can. I am greatly disappointed in Brooks to change them this way. The irritation was bad enough to cause a sore on my instep. I do not run in these but wear them all day everyday due to pronation. Each pair lasted about 6 weeks and then i went back to a 2020 pair.

I can't wear the GTS Beats that I purchased. The toe box has been changed and now seems to be shallower or something. The same problem exists with GTS Addiction. So I am buying the Beast and Addiction 20 online to make sure that I have shoes for awhile. Really sad to loose the best shoes ever to this new GTS design.

I have worn Brooks Beast for around 15 years as a daily shoe. I have tried to get use to the new Beast GTS 23's but have to keep going back to my 20's and I am so disappointed in the change that has been made. This shoe does not have the comfort that once was a great shoe. Unfortunately I will have to find a new shoe after all these years. Will be ordering the Beast 20 before they are sold out, as it has been a phenomenal shoe. This 23's have been a waste of money.

This shoe absolutely sucks. I thought I was buying a shoe like a Beast 20, not an old fashioned Ghost. These shoes are killing my feet after wearing them for the last two days. They are extremely too hard for a Beast. They also pinch my heel. This is false advertising and they need to be recalled and marketed as old fashioned Ghosts
