Love them. Only issue I has Nimbus 25 before, bought same size, shouldve gone half size bigger, toe is a little close to front for me

They have finally made Kayano like walking on a cloud. I have been buying kayanos for years and these are by far the most comfortable. I love them

I ordered a pair of these last month and have worn them every day. They are great looking and are very comfortable but the durability is sub par. The toe reinforcement makes the shoe look weird and deformed, also a portion of the rubber on the sole is peeling away.

After three test runs I was confident enough to run a half in them. Very comfortable throughout.
Only wish they were a bit lighter.

I ordered wide sneakers and they I couldnt get my feet into them.
Wide shoes are usually fine for me in other brands.

Ive been so pleased with the Kayano 30, that I just bought another pair to rotate between my cardio / strength training days. Fit is good and the comfort is ideal for me.

This shoe is more similar to the 'Lite' version. They eliminated the Gel and the shoes are light weight. They also are a bit higher and you will notice the height change. I have run on these for a few weeks and I find myself wondering if I should go load up on the 29s. I really feel it in my knees and legs. The legs I get it as the shoes are higher and therefore a slightly different foot strike, so my body needs to adjust. However, the knees are the part that should not happen and I am guessing the Gel is what would help with the knee pain.

I have been pretty loyal to the kayano series for some time. I use them mostly to compensate for my over pronation. These models do offer significantly more cushioning but I feel like they sacrificed stability. My past Kayanos really felt like they wrapped my ankle when I laced them up but feel like I am trying to balance more on the cushioning instead of relying on the shoe for support. They still seem like they are well made but don't offer the support they used to reliably have.

Comfortable and supportive but just enough support. Im a severe over-probatoire and these are the most comfortable running shoes and Ive tried so many! No more ankle pain and cushioned enough to run 6 days a week. I like the colors, the cushioning, and the guidance.

Nice shoe, but didnt work well for me. Fits true to size. It has a very comfortable step in feel, truly this shoe is made for comfort. Unfortunately, I just couldnt get along with it. I think the high heel to toe drop doesnt work for my knees. Had to return.

Although these Asics are the ugliest shoe Asics may have ever produced, they are the most comfortable pair of Asics Kayano's I have owned (and, I have been buying Kayano's since 2006 - I believe they were Kayano 7's). I received the shoes 2 days before leaving for Europe on a 16-day trip that included walking 216,936 steps and 375 flights of stairs according to my Apple iPhone. I took no other shoe along. I had no sore points, my feet were happy every day. These Kayano 30's are the best design for a stable platform too. I only mis-stepped once and that was on the crazy cobblestone plaza/streets of Munich, Germany.

The product was good. But the previous models of Ascis, gel and lighter weight was better for me.

The outside edge of the shoe doesnt hold up after 100 miles. I usually run in Brooks Adrenalin and they hold up better on the threads on the edge. For $160 I was expecting more from a stability shoe.

I went in to get a foot/stride analysis, first time in 17 years in the Army. I was lookimg at my standard Brooks Ghosts, or Hokas, or try the onClouds. When Elvis brought out Asics, I thought nah. After trying on and running in the three other brands plus these Kayanos, there was no comparison. I like the stability of the Kayano, but am sure the Nimbus or any other would be amazing. Asics, you did it, I am brand loyal until something changes. Fantastic purchase of thr softest, yet most responsive, trainers I have ever worn.

From a fashion standpoint they are a little clumsy and kind of chunky in the back. But they are so comfortable. My feet feel wonderful wearing them. I have plantar fasciitis and when I put the shoes on I don't want to take them off.

I don't know what these are, but they are not Kayanos. These have a wider sole, and look more like ortho shoes from the bottom.
The sole is inflexible, and like most 2024 running shoes there is too much upward curve at the toe. However, compared to other 2024 running shoes these aren't nearly as bad.
I would call these "comfort shoes" rather than "running shoes" which is fine, but it's not on-brand for the Kayano. These have a ton of cushion, so definitely not the right direction if you want a more minimalist shoe.

I came across ASICS years ago and found them to be very comfortable and Ive had a few pairs since. Im not a runner. Ive torn both ACLs and meniscus so I was looking for max cushioning and these certainly provide it. No sneaker or shoe can eliminate pain but in my experience, ASICS gel technology and construction do mitigate it very well and make walking tolerable.

These shoes are great for a bigger guy like myself for jogging or walking. A little too soft for sprinting or gym use.

I've been a loyal Kayano user for 15+ years. The new design on the 30 fits my foot differently than my previous pairs and necessitates a half size increase. I could not have felt this until I actually ran in them a few times. Asics return policy is on unworn shoes only and they have no exchange option. I called and emailed customer service to explain my situation with the hope that they would be understanding and perhaps help out a long time customer in some way. This was unfortunately not the case. The responses I got were generic and robotic. They just regurgitated the return policy on their website and had no interest in customer satisfaction. I will no longer use or recommend Asics. Especially since competing shoe companies actually let you try out their shoes in the real world before committing to them.
