Huge Heal, but fits well. Wish it had a shoe horn tab on the back like the other shoes from Asics do.

The shoes are sloped down to the outside. Is this a defect or by design? I want a shoe that is level from side to side and not have a downward slope to the outside, which can lead to rolling my ankle. The left shoe has more outside slope than the right. I love the increased cushioning, the fit and the stability of these shoes over my On shoes.

Great fit and comfort. Much better than Hoka Bondi 8 which were bulky and not supportive of side foot.

I have filling that this shoes fit very nicely but even if wear this shoes with appropriate socks I cant feel my feet in comfort , have hot and wet filling.

Light, good air flow, and quite a lot of cushioning. My favorite pair of G-K30 yet! Seriously, I forget I have them on. Took me a while to get use to the big heel, but its such a nice shoe, you gotta get the cushioning somehow. Im no waif either, 275 lbs. is a lot to cushion, and I know it. Great shoe, get it and enjoy.

I been wearing Kayano running shoes for the past few years. The fit & comfort is very nice. When I do my longer runs. 3.5 miles or longer. I do not feel much pain on my feet. or knees. I do recommend these shoes highly. The Kayano 30 has a more comfort fit & stability , then the previous models.

Very happy with these shoes. I am 64 and 270 lbs. This is the only running shoe I have ever tried that allows me to run without knee or low back pain. Bought a second pair as soon as I realized how great these shoes are. Allowing me to run regularly for the first time in years!

Extremely comfortable shoes and love the motion control as my left foot wants to turn inward and I walk. This shoes stops that and has solved by inner ankle pain.

Some of the best and most comfortable shoes Ive ever purchased. The design really allows for ideal foot movement and the padding within the shoe does not leave your feet in any discomfort after a walk or run. Definitely recommend!

Poorly made....it's as if they took previous versions of the shoe and found ways to take manufacturing costs out. But quality has been impacted as well.

Extremely weak top of the heel side. Deforms easily and stays deformed, no memory at all. You need to use shoehorn. Mine deformed in first try and stayed deformed, Makes it uncomfortable, not enough height after deforming.

Excellent shoe for the money. Good fit and good style. ASICS has become my goto shoe source.

I dont love these as much as the 29s. Theyre basically Hokas.

Was having foot issues and my doctor recommended the Kayanos. I bought them and saw and felt an immediate improvement.

I was experiencing foot and shin pain when I was running or power walking. To help remedy this, I went to a shoe store to get fitted for shoes. After the foot scan the store clerk brought out 3 types of shoes that would be best for my feet. These ASICS Gel-Kayano 30 were 1 of the 3 pairs that were presented to me, and these were my favorite by far. The store didnt have the color I wanted so I ordered directly from ASICS. Ever since I have been wearing these shoes during my workouts my feet nor my shins ache any longer. It is incredible how a pair of shoes can make or break you!

The Best all rounder! This is my 3rd kayano, it never disappointed me. Now even with the looks. 30 has been upgraded so much from previous version.

Have only worn these shoes for about 2 weeks and soles are already wearing quite a bit. Poor quality for the price.

Its like walking on clouds. Not so great with standing around.

Fell apart first week. Been buying Kayanos for well over a decade and this is not the norm. I submitted a warranty claim for a new pair, but its been almost 2 weeks no word on it yet. Hopefully ASICS will make it right.

I feel a little pain in my feet around the arch Dont feel confort staying on foot

Good cushioning. Like the colors. Mainly used for marathon training.

Use a better shipping method! I live in Hawaii and it is taking a month to get my shoes- that is ridiculous!

The thick high sole brings little imbalance. Liked
