Excellent socks, fit well with new boots that I purchased

Good comfy socks, they last a long time, great for various activities.

These socks are the greatest socks out there. I've tried many different ones and these are the best ones by far and they actually fit my husband's giant feet!

Warm, soft, great fit, long wearing. And I love the ample percentage of wool--that can be hard to find.

After reading other reviews I was concerned that the new design was going to disappoint me. I shouldn't have worried. Same great fit and durability as before. One awesome thing about these socks is they never slide down, but hug your foot in the middle and at the ankle without being too tight. I am a women's size 10 and the Large size fits well. I love the high wool content because these just don't pick up foot odor even when damp. They're soft, not scratchy, and feel great both summer and winter. Will purchase again. My only complaint is the high price. Spent $70 on 4 pair. Oh well, haven't found this quality in another brand yet. I would recommend buying them on sale though if you can. I should add that I've been buying this same sock for decades and always have a few pairs.

These are very comfortable socks. I bought extra large and expected them to shrink a little because they are wool. I take a size 12 shoe and they fit perfect after first wash.

I bought these socks to replace LLBean hiking socks that I bought a couple years ago that I wore through. The old ones had over 1000 miles on them and it was nice to start another 1000 miles of hiking with the thick comfort of these socks. I normally wear a size 16-18 shoe and the XL size were an excellent fit.

These socks are cozy and comfortable! They fit great and are not to heavy! But they sure do keep my feet warm!!

Soft and warm for the weather.

Since COVID I have been doing all my training outside no matter what the weather, 41 or 14 degrees. These socks keep my feet warm right down to the toes. Plus they don't slide down into my boot (I hate that feeling) and they are not at all itchy like other woolen socks I've worn. I have Cresta wool socks that I ordered last year. These seem to be a new improved version. I would like it if they were a little taller. I wear an 8.5 shoe and the medium fits perfectly.

These are my favorite socks of all time. I have bought several pairs in Desert Rose and Plum Grape, and I love the colors. Plus they are very warm, the fit is perfect, and there is no seam at the toe to irritate my feet. At first I bought size large, but returned them for medium, which is perfect.

I'm home a lot working on my New England-y novel or reading, and I need comfy socks. These are the most cozy of the ones I've bought. They might be a bit big to fit into sneakers, so I wear them at home. Perfect for a cool winter day in the easy chair or at one's desk. I even sent a pair to a friend for the holidays!

These socks are soft and warm and they give your feet great cushioning for hours on snowshoes. I love them.

I bought a few pairs of these socks for my husband last winter. They are so warm and soft, that he asked for more of them this Christmas. Now he has a pair for every day of the week, and the rest of the socks in his drawer go unworn. They are the great quality that LL Bean is known for. I would highly recommend these socks.

I love these socks! They are just right for winter inside with slippers and outside with boots. They fit perfectly and are just the right weight for everyday wear. They are my only socks for fall through spring!

My first reaction after a few washing's is very positive and comfortable. I walk 2-3 miles in them and wear them all day. Good fit. Recommend cold water wash and low/medium heat drying depending on dryer. So far shrinkage has not been a problem. Comfortable band around midsole.
