Customer Reviews L.L.Bean 30 Liter Comfort Carry Laptop Pack

My company issued me a new larger laptop. I purchased this on my way through Freeport on my way to fly out of Portland. Placed my laptop in the bag, a set of earphones, and my power cord. When I went to pull it over my shoulder to get on the plane it snapped. It appears as though they aren't paying attention to the quality of their manufacturing groups.

The shoulder strap started ripping within the first few days of using it. We have owned LL Bean backpacks for many, many years with no issues. Hopefully it will be replaced quickly and with one that is typical of the quality we are used to with LL Bean.

My son has been using this for one month and one of the main straps is starting to rip at the seam. I spent a lot of time researching to find the best backpack. I also feel that the interior could be roomier. I'll have to return this.

BRING BACK THE QUAD PACK! This appeared to be the most similar backpack to my beloved Quad (which I mislaid because of the pandemic and not going to work) and I purchased this one as a replacement. This is a poor shadow of the Quad, and I know that because I actually found my Quad after this arrived and it confirmed for me that this one should just go back. Not sure why Bean got rid of the Quad, but it's unfortunate.
