Great mittens, soft and warm with a good fit. Similar to a pair purchased at an LLBean store years ago that became my favorite hand warmers. Small issue - the fit at the wrist is very tight, hope it loosens with wear.

I loved these gloves but unfortunately they are too tight around my wrist. If I get the next size up I think they will be too big and wide for my fingers to do anything with them. I can hardly get them over my wrists and I do not have large wrists by anymeans. Super sad because theyre cute. I am just going to return them and find another pair I like!

But snug on the length of my fingers. ( very short nails )

I ordered the cranberry mittens and they are so cute but they run small. I will keep them but wish they had an XL option. My hands are not that large and I usually wear a Medium in other brands. If you have large hands these will not work for you. They're super cute tho!!

These are beautiful mittens. The cranberry color is gorgeous and the lining is soft and warm. I measured my hand according to the instructions on the size chart and was one inch under the parameters for small, so that's the size I ordered. I had a hard time getting the mittens over my hand and my fingers had zero wiggle room. I am retuning for a medium. The four star review is purely for the size issues. These will be great for the colder months.

These mitts are very warm but way too tight on the wrists. And I have boney wrists, so seldom can wear bracelets. I got an M but don't want to exchange for a L because my hands aren't really large. Plus I got M top but the sleeves were way too long, so I got a S but the sleeves were the same length. Haven't decided whether to return them or not.

Received my mittens for myself & my daughter. They are bit tight to get on, but once on feel great.

They are pretty and seem made well. They are not very warm compared to other mittens I have. They were returned.

Unfortunately, the mittens are not the same size. The left one fits well, but the right one is nowhere near the same size. I held them up to eachother to compare and sure enough, it was significantly smaller. Bummer since they weren't cheap.

The elastic around the wrist is quite tight but mittens themselves will make your hands look enormous. My fingers are still cold when I wear these when it is not very cold out. They’re cute but overall I wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased three pairs of these mittens for my daughters. As I was. wrapping them for a gift, I decided to try them on. I had purchased a women's medium, they had very little give in the elastic on the cuff. I barely could get them on. I ended up returning them, and getting a large, which was still a bit tight at the cuff. They are nice quality, but should have a bit more elastic stretch.

For the price, these mittens are below par. They aren't warm and the palms absorb wetness. I have to say this is the first less then stellar review I've given in the over 20 years of purchasing from L L Bean and I'm disappointed.

I am a bit disappointed with these mittens, I thought they would keep my hands warmer than they have. It was about 35 degrees outside and my hands were cold. I bought them because I thought with the sherpa they would keep my hands toasty warm, not so. They are a bit smaller as well, I had read the reviews and sized up, thank goodness.

I am a runner and have Raynaud's. My fingers can get cold in any temp, even 90 degree weather. Once I start to perspire I can't get gloves back on. Thought I would try mittens when I run. These are ok & cute. My runner friends noticed them right away and are interested. These will keep a "normal" person warm for sure.

Very warm, thick but run small. Normal size hands and medium was very small.

I'm a huge lifelong fan of LL Bean, so I did not heed the reviews before purchase. I wore these today for the first time, while shoveling snow. It is really difficult to get them on, especially when your hands are wet, and my hands and wrists are not particularly large. They were warm, but really a pain to get on and off to take a picture or help a little one with something.

They are adorable but tough to get on and are a snug fit.

Wrist elastic was too tight. Otherwise nice material.

Disappointed in sizing. Many reviews said true to size but I'm slight and Med. was too small for wrist and thumb length. Large are out of stock so disappointed.

Nice gloves , I bought the medium liking room , but it cuts under my thumb . Seriously , I am tiny , Maybe got a misfit

I really, really wanted to keep these but as mentioned in reviews, the wrist was too tight and I returned them. I ordered the medium and am debating buying the large. I have quite thin wrists and longish fingers so saying that the wrists were tight is not an understatement.

LLBean needs to make an XL size. I wear a size 8 ladies glove and the lLarge size is too small lengthwise.

They appear to be very well made, however I could not get my hand into them because the elastic at the wrist was too tight. It is unfortunate, they were very cute.

I have small to average womens hands and these were tight at the wrist and very uncomfortable to get on and off. I did the whole measuring thing and bought the size up. Maybe a design flaw?
