Sooo warm. Really keep hands warm and dry. Was outside in cold weather for hours- but hands stayed warm.

LL Bean never disappoints! Gloves are warm and well made. I know they will last a lifetime!!!

These are well made, seem warm. However I realized I'm not a mitten person. They can be warmer than gloves, but you can't do anything when you have them on.

These gloves arrived just in time for one of the coldest winters I can recall. They kept my hand warmer than my other gloves so that I was able to be outdoors without discomfort! Also the gloves were attractive and soft.

As a teacher who survives recess and dismissal in real Midwest winter conditions, I can confidently say my L.L.Bean pile fleece mittens are absolute heroes. They keep my hands actually warm through whistle-blowing, door duty, tying surprise shoe laces, and standing outside pretending I'm not slowly turning into an icicle. They're cozy without being bulky, tough enough for daily wear, and still let me function like a human instead of a frozen statue.

Love these mittens - have an LL Bean coat of same material. Comfy, warm, cute!

Great runs small but very warm I wear when walking my dog in cold

They fit like a "glove" - soft inside and out. Looking forward to putting them to good use over the winter - here in Maine. I highly recommend two thumbs up

Warm and cozy! I take them everywhere with me. My husband keeps borrowing them so I'm going to get him a pair for Christmas!

These were on backorder and I had to wait - glad I did. Since they're not waterproof I was unsure if I should spend the money, but I think they are really warm & cozy and great for day-to-day wear. I found the medium was a little tight to get my hands into even though the length worked, I like to be able to flex/extend my fingers in my gloves so I sized up to a large (I would say I have average size hands if there is such a thing...). I also loved the brown color - I wear UGG boots sometimes & they go well in color. I also have a black coat & a green coat and they work with both. So they are stylish & cozy! I will attach pics of the large size.

These mittens are SO warm. Morning walks in NY now are so much warmer thanks to these mittens. I do agree with some of the reviews about them being hard to get on - they are. But it may be what makes them so warm, and they stay on great, so it doesn't bother me at all.

Love these mittens. Nice and warm, but roomy enough for hand warmers when it's really cold, like the single digits we've been experiencing.

Sooo snuggly and comfy! These nuts have been my favorite purchase this winter. I keep them in my car so I always have them.

I love the gloves, however the opening to get them on is a real struggle. If I got a larger size the hand portion would be too big. Any idea of what can be done to widen the opening?

WOW, my wife loves her new mittens and she is so happy that she has finally found a pair of gloves where her hands don't get cold when we are out walking during the winter.

I bought these mittens in the off white color to match my Mountain Pile Fleece Coat, although the colors don't quite match, it's close enough and I like the look when I wear them. I also bought my daughter a pair in the pinkish/purple color and she really likes them.

I love these mittens. My daughter lost her pair and there was no question about whether we would replace them- they do a great job keeping us warm during New England winters!
