Love the look, warmth, sturdy palm material BUTas others have said, they are a tad tight to get on. They do go (I got a large which normally is just fine) but are too snug for my liking to get on. I was going to return and get an XL but not offered and they should. My hands are medium sized and bones not large. Will wear and use but wish for XL. For that reason would not recommend unless you go to store and can try on.

I like the mittens, however when you put on the mittens the elastic is very snug and a little tight to put your hand through.

I ordered the small, but was surprised at how snug they fit around the wrist. My wrist is on the small side, so consider that when you order the size.

I bought my daughter two pairs of these mittens for Christmas. She lives in La Jolla and visits the east coast at Christmas for a brief period.... therefore, I don't have an extensive review period, however, she did have an opportunity to wear them and found them comfortable and warm. I have no doubt they will live up to LLBean's quality....however, if they don't I will I will add a review

These mittens are so cute and keep my hands pretty warm, although they did still get cold after a while.

These are just what I wanted. I need a pair of mittens to keep my hands warm when I walk in the winter. Gloves just don't work. Theses are soft and look great, can't wait for the colder weather.

Very warm mittens. Good fabric quality. Ordered the large size which fits my measured 7" hand. But the elastic on the wrist is very tight. Hard to get mittens on. Noticed this comment by other reviewers also. Am hoping elastic will loosen with wearso far, not the case.

I bought these mittens as I was told to try them, instead of gloves by my Rehumatologist. I have Raynaud's in the fingers of my right hand. The mittens help keep my fingers warm and help keep the pain down. They do help but not the most comfortable to drive in. Hopefully, I will get use to driving with them on.

Good mittens but wish they were a bit warmer for the very cold Colorado snow shoveling days

I had hoped that the palm would have grip, like my old mittens with suede palms. They don't. They fit well and are warm, but not good for driving. Gloves are not warm for me.

I am always looking for ways to keep warm. I have a pair of similar mittens that my parents game me 50 years ago. They are looking pretty bad but are still the warmest ones I had. I am hoping that these will take their place. They seem nice and warm and are machine washable and dryable, something my others weren't.

A little tight getting it on. Once you squeeze your hand through (with effort) it's great, fits well and warm/comfy

Very cozy and warm. A little hard to pull on since the wrist has no stretch to it, but once they are on, they are comfy and fit well. I like that they have the clip to attach them to each other. Makes me feel a bit like a happy muppet.

These are super nice and cute but run really small. Size up from what the measurements tell you. Had to return.

I bought the small, and they are SMALL. I have very tiny hands and they fit nicely but I do not think these would fit most women. They are very warm and cozy.

These mittens are so warm and the leather palm makes them very useable for driving and carrying things. The only awkward part is all the sizes have a very tight cuff, they seem to all be designed to be tight at the wrist and sliding your hand in is very difficult, especially if your hands are damp.

Very warm. A little snug at the wrist. I would recommend trying them on.
