My third one, they last forever, ideal for use on a boat, I keep the anchor chain in the oldest one. It's as strong as the day I bought it (probably fifteen years ago).

The best bag for the new parent, when you NEVER know what to pack, you can really fit everything into this spacious and well made tote.

Each family member gets a bag. We use them for clothes along with the LlBean toiletry kit for multi day car camping trips or overnighters anywhere. I love that I can wash them in a regular wash cycle when they get dirty. Zip top helps keep a limit on excessive clothes. You can tie shoe laces together and have them hanging off the long handles on the outside of the bag while carrying it on your shoulder freeing up your hands. Well made and very durable.

Bought the dark green and had it monogrammed in dark green too. I'm a girl who loves my roadtrips and this bag is so perfect for a weekend stay. Not a fan of rollaway suitcases. Can't believe I never had it before. It stands up perfectly in the trunk of my car so the contents don't go spilling out when driving. The zipper is nice but have not used it much but definitely recommend getting the zippered bag just in case. This is such a classic. I also got a cute card with my purchase letting me know who put the monogram on. So thoughtful! I will have this bag forever. Flawless stiching. Monogram is 6 Flaredcase in case anyone is interested (dark green thread). I only write reviews for LL Bean because I love this store so much.

Bought as a gift for a family with a new baby. They loved it!

I gave it to my daughter as a gift to use when she goes to the beach. She wanted it engraved with her initials and her two children's initials. Your representative was so very helpful in helping me with this. My daughter loves the bag so much! I also added the smaller zippered bag that fits into the larger tote to put her keys, money and phone in.
