Very happy with my purchase. It went on its first airplane trip recently and performed exactly as I had hoped. Easy to stuff with last minute things to pack and then fit perfectly under airplane seat.

This tote is well constructed out of heavy material. The design is great and I had it done with my wife's name printed on it. She was very pleased.

I'm a quilter, so this bag is great! It holds many of the quilting supplies I need for my bee meetings. It is roomy, sturdy and well-made.

Perfect bag but even more perfect customer service! The monogram was sewn into the zipper. I "chatted" with customer service the day after Christmas. I offered the send photos and/or bring the bag into a physical store but LL Bean did not feel that was necessary. In less than 1 week, I had a replacement bag with monogram. It is a nice reminder to spend money with businesses that stand by their products and their people.

This was bought as a gift for a 20 year old girl and she loves it!
