This is a great bag! Love the sturdiness and the zipper option. A story of my purchaseI got it for my daughter for her birthday. I had it monogrammed. When I picked it up after monogramming, I was not happy with the readability of the initials. I brought it back. The person who helped me (so sad I don't remember her name!) was AMAZING. She quickly agreed it could be better, gave me good advice picking a different font for the letters and then personally re-monogrammed the bag. It looks perfect now. My daughter is thrilled. Huge props to the monogrammer at the Burlington, Vermont LL Bean store. Give her a raise!!!!!
