Perfect size for weekend travel. I visit my sister in the city on weekend, and this bag with the long straps is perfect for going up and down subway stairs. Can't beat the quality either!

Exactly as described. Well made, sturdy, attractive. I have one that is fifty years old. I purchased this one as well as three smaller sized ones for each grandchild to keep track of their stuff on the boat.

All of your boat n tote products are exemplary! I use them for the bulky things I need when traveling (via car) that just don't fit in standard luggage. Love the soft sided canvas - no damage to my skin or furniture if mishandled. Zipper closure is a lifesaver as things don't escape.

Love this tote for carrying when going camping! Take it shopping for groceries. Use it to load shoes, clothes, cosmetics, and towels, etc etc into the camper. So great!

We received this as a baby gift when we had our first child 17 years ago. And we still use it every day, today! We used to pack tons of baby stuff, then to the beach, And now as a recycling bag when we go grocery shopping. We still smile when we see her name embroidered on the bag, And remember fondly the person who gave it to us. It has become our go to gift for new baby arrivals.

Has been an excellent product-often imitated (unsuccessfully) for many years. My husband and I purchased them forty years ago and I still have one. This Christmas I purchased a monogrammed one for each grandchild so they can keep track of their stuff on the boat and they were a hit. The person taking my order was very helpful. I visited the store with my Dad, Tom Mahoney, who included LL Bean in his book The Great Merchants many years ago.

Love this item. We purchased 2 of these bags for our adult daughters for dog supplies when they come to visit us. My wife and I liked the bags so much that we ordered another for ourselves. The bag is great, and the fold-away zipper let's the bag double for carrying it open, or as a closed bag to keep things from falling out.

You never out grow the boat and tote. So hearty. I love the top zip, keeps everything inside, if bag tips, still secure and animals do not help themselves to something they should not

I've purchased several of these Boat and Tote bags over the years, and the quality is unchanged. I really like the zippered top, as it secures whatever I'm carrying. I've used these as diaper bags, needlework bags, beach bags, teacher tote bags, library bags, etc. They have always stood up well to the grueling test I've put them through. I still have the ones I purchased over 35 years ago, but they have ink stains, or food stains, or dirt on them, so I needed some replacements. I will always use these "best of class" sturdy canvas bags

I'm not asking for the custom option anymore, but I would like this with an open top, long handles, and POCKETS on the outside. Thanks very much.
