Good at keeping drinks cold, but not keeping them in.
I bought this knowing that it isn't rated for being a pill proof, especially not with a straw inside. However, this lid pours like an open spout. I've contacted the company, and they just repeated the same info - it's not spill proof.
If you're using it for travel, just expect your drink to get everywhere if you tilt it more than 5 degrees.

i got this tumbler expecting it to keep ice as long as my hydroflask, but it doesn't. i'll put a few ice cubes in from the freezer, and it'll melt within an hour or two, even if i'm using cold water. if i fill ice to the top and add cold water, the ice will be melted by the time my 8hour workday is over i'm extremely disappointed in this cup, especially for the high price tag

I love the size of this tumbler as I've been trying to increase my water intake. I'm not happy with the way it leaks. When I don't have the straw in and I turn the lid around so the straw hole is covered I find there is water everywhere. I thought it be way more secure than it is..

Love the cup and how it keeps my water cold. But I really dislike that it is always spilling in my bag.

To be completely honest, I hate the straw and much prefer the Yeti straws. This one is almost rough/pokey when my tongue touches it, if that makes sense. Otherwise, it is quite a sturdy and useful cup. I used to carry around a plastic gallon of water but this is easier to travel with and hold.

Loved it for a while. The handle is getting loose after 2 months of use so that is a big bummer probably keep to my yetis when this breaks

I LOVE my tumbler but after only 3 months there is constantly water leaking from the top of the handle. It's never been in the dishwasher. I am sad for such an expensive tumbler to have this issue already.

I love it!! I have been drinking way more water than before and I love that it fits in my cup holder! However, I rate it three stars because I got the rose quartz color and it definitely does not look rose at all. It looks more purple, if anything like a brownish purple and I was actually very sad about that. I was hoping for a more rose gold or just rose hint color. Also, it is kind of awkward. I take it everywhere and it can be too heavy to hold with the handle.

I don't dislike this cup at all. In fact, I love it, it's definitely helped me with my water intake. It's just the weight of it. It's so heavy when it's full.

Owned the black glow for a week and the bottom is all scratched up already. The cup sits on the dresser and in the cup holder of the car. Feel like that shouldn't have happened so fast.

Pretty color, keeps my water cold for a while, but it's too heavy. Also, when I'm driving in the car I have to hold it to prevent it from falling out of the cup holder. Not sure what all the hype is about, it's not bad but it's not the best mug I have ever owned either.

Not completely impressed. I love the size and the fact that it fits into a cup holder but it doesn't keep ice very long. I put ice in the cup at night before bed and by morning my water is room temp. My Yeti and Owala keep my water colder for longer.

I'll be honest, I was influenced to buy this. Yes it's convenient, I like the handle, etc. but it is probably not worth the price. I find that ice melts very quickly and the straw has warped after being washed. I've had for 5 months and there's a good amount of chipping.
If you're buying because you like the aesthetic, go for it. If you want a super high quality cup, this isn't it.

It is so cute, however i've had it for around 2 months and it fell off of my desk at school today and the top part on the lid somehow flew off and the prongs that hold it inside the bottle broke off.

Fell for the hype. All over IG. Purchased rose quartz. Love the handle. BUT does not keep ice, watered down within hour. For the price I had hopes..

Disappointed that the handle became loose almost immediately. For the price I thought it should be durable and was surprised it already feels like the handle will come off.

I drink a ton of water everyday, and saw these all over, so decided to try one. I love the amount of water that comes out of this straw, and that it fits in my car cup holder! I am not, however, impressed with how much it leaks. I don't own any other water container that leaks as badly as this one does.

I gave it a 3 stars because my cup leaks other than that it would have been a perfect cup.

I love my Stanley. I have other cups and this one stands out in shape. The 3 stars is for the handle. Mine loosen in the first couple of weeks. I have tightened it, it is a good feature, but it keep getting loose. I feel a tumbler that is this expensive shouldn't have to be tightened every couple of weeks. Can still be improved or is it just mine?

This is my first day of use. I have to say that I am disappointed. Less than 7 hours and my ice was melted. In a similar cup I have the ice will stay for a day or two. I do like the color though.

I like the fact that it fits in the cup holder, a lot of water bottles with this many Oz don't fit normally, what could be better is the fact it is so heavy to carry especially when full, it drips out so it isn't spill proof, also does not keep water as cold as something like a yeti, it says it's dishwasher free but I haven't tried it I'm afraid it wouldn't go well.

I have been searching for the perfect tumbler to keep ice & drinks cold. The Stanley Cup came highly recommend but I am not impressed by the time it holds ice. It's actually went back in my cabinet and I've gone back to using my Yeti. I bought 3 of them for myself & my daughters & we are very disappointed.

It's just okay. Keeps water cold, but is NOT spill proof. Also, cap is very hard to twist off.

Love the look and design but even for a 2.0 it still leaks a lot if tipped on the side. Would love to see Stanley come out with an attachment to help the leaking!!
