I love my cup, but the only thing that bothers me that it's chipping

The rose quartz is beautiful and I love that it keeps water cold. It leaks when tipped on it's side. Unfortunately the beautiful color also scratches easily. I've only hand washed it because I've only had it a month and I'm concerned the color will come off. I still love it but I didn't think it would scratch so easily and I thought it was leakproof.

Takes way too long for cups to restock, had to wait for mine for over a month but overall it's a good cup for when you're out and about.

I love my Stanley's, but the coating on the soft lavender is peeling off the bottom.

It's a pretty cup, that's pretty much it. It holds the temperature long, which is great. Straw is little wide, and sometimes you have to move it around, or pull it out a little bit for water to come out. If you want to use it without a straw, plastic around the rim us too high, and water starts spilling. It's really inconvenient. It looks like no one tested it before making it. I love it for its looks, but I don't think that I would buy it again. Maybe some other product.

I bought into the height, it's a really cool cup. The problem is I'm a klutz and if I even barely turn it it spills everywhere. The amount of times I spilled is embarrassing. I wish there were somewhere for them to fix this considering how expensive this cup is

I like the size if the cup. Biggest complaint is that if the cup gets knocked over it leaks.

Great cup but dented in bottom and still no replacement

I thought I ordered eucalyptus but it came in pool color. When I look back on my order is shows pool. I am thinking it changed color on me maybe because but was sold out. Wish they would of told me. I love the mugs but hate the color. I will stick to ordering on other sites than the main site I guess. Double check your orders people.

I do like how it keeps my beverage cold. I love the handle as well. I don't like that it spills so much when it tips over. Scrambling to pull over so you can pick it up. I would think that problem would be fixed by now.

Hmmm where to begin. Like many of you, you are here because all your friends and target moms love this tumbler or you're an influencer and these tumblers are sooooo good. I will admit it is a nice quality tumbler but sadly the three I bought do not perform as stated. 11 hours cold and 2 days ice is very farfetched. I have filled my tumbler with cold water and plenty of ice sealed in my air conditioned house and after just 6 hours ice is melted. DO NOT BUY INTO THE HYPE. Cheaper bottles and competitors out there for less $$$.

I ordered this as a birthday present for my now 10year old. I had the box on the side since I had to order it quickly since it was out of stock everywhere. When I opened the box the handle was broken. Now awaiting a new one after returning it to the store and buying again. Seems like the solder was not very good.

I wanted to love this and for it to live up to the hype. I do love drinking from it but it hasn't held up. The handle wobbles and is loose.. so much so that I'm afraid to use it for hot beverages now. I attempted to tighten it but it's a lost cause. The straw got melted in the dishwasher because it fell to the bottom rack- maybe that one was my fault but it does say it's dishwasher safe. I also have the original (without the rubberized handle) and that one has held up perfectly well. Maybe a quality control issue?

I love Stanley cups so much!!,They are perfect they have many color options and come in different patterns. But there's some other things that im not a fan of, First off you guys had a special hot pink color for limited time that needs to be brought back because it's such a hit but no one else can buy it anymore except for used ones that are four times the prices, Overall it's a great product there's just some things that aren't good.

Why isn't the cup made so that the Stanley logo shows when being held by a right handed person? My only complaint

Love this cup but after three weeks the rubber piece on the lid came off. Trying to put a claim to get it replaced. This shouldn't happen after three weeks.

I truly love the look and handle of these tumblers. They're super cute. I ordered two. However, the ice does not last long at all! Maybe a few hours and this is not even in the heat. I refill the ice mid day at work in a hospital. I'm so disappointed bc I truly love everything else about them.

I honestly love this tumbler! But it's already peeling with only a few uses. I love the straw tumbler design. I wish I could return and try another product from them but I received this as a gift after wanting one for so long! My cute sister got me this after I had my baby last month. I haven't even left the house with it yet and the quality is very poor..

I have a Stanley I bought a couple of months ago and absolutely love but they have since upgraded and I heard the new ones were even better but since getting my new one I've been disappointed. The new one leaks and the bottom is way loose in my cup holder whereas the old one fit perfect and never leaked. Not sure if I got a dud but they are spendy and now I feel stuck because I can't return it. Otherwise I do love my Stanley and use it 24/7.

It's a nice cup but mine leaks all over the place with in seconds. I thought the new ones weren't leaking anymore. I wish they could fix that charging so much for a cup.

Loved this cup so much used it for about a month and drank so much water because of it. Upset because i dropped it one time and the cup is broken.

I just sent three photos of the matte stuff coming off. Very Disappointing

Does not hold ice very well :( it's very durable & looks nice tho.

I love my Charcoal 30oz it will hold my ice for about 2 days. So I ordered the Jade 30oz and I am lucky if my ice lasts an hour I'm a little disappointed I like my water to be ice cold and for the ice to hold in one but not the other sucks.

I looked at these for months before I bought. Why did I? I was influenced. My sister was obsessed (she's a teacher so they are trending in the school.) But I already had a Yeti 30 oz stronghold. And here are my thoughts. The handle is really nice! Bulky but easy to carry. I REALLY wish they came out with a cover that you could put on so it doesn't leak and I could throw it in my tote. I have kids so my hands are always full. In less than a week, my cream Stanley already has a scuff and i cant get off (even tried a magic eraser). Yeti doesn't scuff, yeti stronghold doesn't leak (I put a straw in the hole bc its easier to just pull the straw and throw it in my large totes. My yeti fell off my counter into my slate floors (which shatters and dents everything) and there was no damage. The day that happens to my Stanley is a day I cry because it wont take it (as i said a scuff in 5 days). And why can I see screws on the Stanley handle? They will rust and it will be gross. I will keep it for a while because its the it thing but ultimately if you are a busy working, sports going mom, go for the yeti. Or get the Stanley and know its inferior, like I do. Stanley thermos has been around a long time. I expected more. Good marketing campaign though, credit where credit is due.
