I like my Stanley Tumbler, but I do not like how the paint chips and flakes off easily on the bottom of the cup - this is so annoying.

I love the size of this cup, however I am very disappointed that it does not hold ice. I have had it outside and inside and it sweats and my drink is Luke warm within a few hours or before the day is over. Not sure if I am the only one experiencing this on the 30oz but I have 2 40oz cups and they will hold ice for days!

I love it, but it leaks too easily and too often. For those saying it doesn't claim to be leakproof, actually it does. Check the FAQ section of the website. One question asks specifically if Stanley products are leakproof, and their answer is yes. I thought I was crazy and got a defective cup until I read the reviews. Mine and clearly others leak. A LOT. I'm not talking about turning it upside down (who does that? On a rollercoaster?!) or it tipping over (which it easily does cuz it's top-heavy), it leaks if even slightly tilted. I had my purse on my arm and my Stanley in the same hand and leaned over to grab something with my other hand, and Staniel (yes, I gave mine a name, did you?!) leaked all in my purse and on the floor. This has happened several times. I've learned my lesson and now hold Staniel with one hand and my purse/totes on the other arm. Rather only the floor get wet than my purse/bags and everything inside. My kids joke and say that Staniel is always peeing on me. ALSO, I keep Staniel on the floor next to my bed for easy access at night, but it's always tipping over cuz of the carpet. I guess cuz carpet isn't totally flat? Of course this means wet carpet if I don't pick it up quickly enough. I do love my Stanley cuz it's pretty and holds a lot of water and stays cold and fits nicely in my car. Plus I feel so trendy and cool having the "it" cup. But the leaking is a super big problem. Either fix the leaking or stop telling people it won't.

It's a nice cup, but doesn't stay cold all day and ice ends up melting, also very expensive and obv not spill proof.
Overall, very expensive and just okay

Love the color and style. Does not hold ice more than 6 hours, which is frustrating.

Nothing great. In fact, when it's full it's quite heavy. I'm not sure what all the rage is about. It's a fine drinking vessel but it's not life changing.

I wanted to love this cup, with the large 40 oz feature, handle, cup holder friendly bottom, but so far I am not impressed with the ability to hold ice. I have used it a couple days, but need to refill the ice at least 3 to 4 times a day. I ordered the newer citron with speckles. If you are going for shape I would recommend the cup holder friendliness. If you are going for quality, I will be honest, my off brand mug holds ice way better.

The mugs scratch very easy which for the price they should not. I work in an office setting, and am not hard on my mug. The mug should come with a straw cleaner for the price. the straw does not come clean easy and begins to look dingy after awhile of use. I soke it in completely hot water with dawn dish soap hoping that it will come clean.

I liked the look of this tumbler when I purchased it but I didn't realize how enormous the 40 oz tumbler is and how heavy it is when full. Because it's large and heavy, I don't use it as much as I had anticipated. I wish I had purchased a smaller size. It turned out to be a waste of money from my perspective.

Meh. My Yeti keeps things colder longer. Having 40oz is nice but I'm not at happy with it as I expected to be. I like the color but I wouldn't buy it again.

Love it, but it seems like the ice should stay in there longer than it does. If i fill it up before I go to bed, the ice is gone by morning.

Ok it's cute but ice melt really FAST like in 30 min and then it is so big like i would size down to a 30 for sure it's like carrying a baby that's just my opinion tho. P.S the bottom is like flacking off

It's nice until you tip it a little and water spills from the top.

I like the size of the cup, this will last me all day while at work. It's extremely convenient to have a handle, especially since it's on the heavier side when full.
The three stars, unless you fill it UP with ice, the ice will only last about 4 hours.

The actual cup itself works perfectly but aesthetically I'm displeased because my cup is peeling from the bottom up . 4 months and I always wash it by hand .

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because it's so hard to take the lid off. I have to run hot water between the plastic lid and the metal for me to be able to twist it open.

Got this in cream, and I noticed the cup scratches very easily versus a Yeti/Rtic. It definitely holds my drink cold, but I feel like the Yeti/Rtic does a better job at that, as well. Just average for me, but definitely pretty!

Looks beautiful and is functionally designed to fit in vehicle cup holder while also having a handle. I'm disappointed however that it leaks from the lid when placed in my work tote bag or gym bag side mesh. When filled to just below the screwed down top, with straw removed and port closed, it will leak if not completely level. You also have to be careful removing the straw by pulling down from the lid, as the flexible rubber casing can become completely dislodged by pulling the straw out from the top. (At first I thought I ruined it, but you can disassemble the lid and put it back in place.) For the price and brand quality, I was expecting a leakproof experience, like my other water bottles and coffee tumblers.

The enamel started scratching off after a few uses. Always hand washed. Too expensive for that to happen.

It doesn't hold your drink cold for very long at all. The thermoflask and the hydro flask are so much better!!

The Stanley is great. Holds a lot of water, keeps it cold all day long. My only complaint is it easily leaks when tipped over

Really enjoy this cup. I like the option of the straw. I have dropped it twice so the color may be chipping on the bottom because of this but that seems strange to me. It is extremely heavy and something I was not expecting. I knew it wasn't light weight but it's not a cup I'm going to take with me somewhere with my bag, with my kids, and their water bottles.

Great cup, but I prefer a lid or a straw that hides so I can toss it in my bag.
