Love these for semi cold weather under helmet !

Great hat when wearing "out on the town" outerwear. Warm, great fit and I can fold it and put it in my pocket when I go indoors. Also perfect for providing extra warmth under headgear. I've had a Sport 250 for several years and it's been great, so I gave this one a try and have been very pleased. Excellent product!

I use this beanie for my morning runs with the dog. It fits well, keeps my ears warm, and accommodates my AirPods. I always have the best of luck with Smartwool.

This is a unisex hat. Only one size and my head is small so it fits loosely. It's also very thin so it's not good on a super cold day.

My husband is blad on top and his head gets cold at night while sleeping so that another way to wear them.

Wanted a lightweight beanie for those times when a heavier one provides too much warmth, or when I need to take it off as the temperature climbs from a cold early morning (since the thinner beanie is much easier to stuff in a pocket). It will easily fit under my cycling helmet as well.

Thinner than I expected but a good liner

I use this for fall chilly weather and it's perfect. I've bought a couple because I lost my original one a year ago. I'm glad they still sell it because it looks good but more importantly it feels great!

Use beanie every x it is cool out. Sitting outdoors or on the go. I wear my hair down & combed to side w it & placed an antique rhinestone barette near the front side. I love it & love my new look! Tys! sweepstakes!!!!!!!

45 degrees F is as low as is comfortable, but then with a windbreaker hood, or your sun hat, it's fine colder. Very soft, very lightweightruns big, wish opening was a little tighter so I don't have to pull it down to my eyebrows to feel snug. That being said I did also buy the grey about a week after the black. Grey runs even bigger then black, but use both depending on outfit and storage. I don't like throwing a black hat in a pack and need to find it at night.

It's the quality you expect from Smartwool. It's very thin. Good to wear under a helmet, but I find it very large. Unless the woman in the picture has a huge head, there must be a clip holding it on. Something like this, you'd expect it to fit tight.
