Its nice and thin and breathable, yet warm given its thinness (it is almost paper thin). It fits well under any helmet.

Perfect gift for my brother. He loves it and wears it every day.

Used it for 11 mile run in 42 degrees in PNW. My head was warm and comfortable. I took the beanie off after my run and was surprised that I soaked it through. Very comfortable and light but just a little large. I will use this beanie for all cold weather high aerobic/high output activities.

Super light yet warm.

I wear a hard hat all day and when it's cold outside I can wear the beanie and my hard hat doesn't try to fall off all the time.

I wanted a hat to wear under another hat and I was looking for 3 main qualities: natural materials (which this mostly is but isn't fully), thin and fits well/looks good/feels comfortable under another hat (bonus if good on it's own), and moisture wicks for outdoor workouts. This is the best I could find to fit the bill and so far is exactly what I wanted.

I shave my head due to hair thinning anyway and therefore have no insulation up on top. I have several of these hats, as they are my go-to when temps get cooler.

Outside and sleeping

If you are bald this is perfect for just keeping the head at a comfortable temperature inside the house.

After years and years, I've lost the likely beanie that this replaces. That said, I have come to like this one. It's really thin, but is still keeping my head/ears warm on these late fall Colorado mornings. Also works well underneath my bike helmet. Possibly most useful as I wear it underneath my CPAP headgear/mask. This keeps my hair down enough that I no longer have the tell tail "head -strap hair line that shows even after I wash my hair!

My favorite!! Please, please add new colors and never ever change the material or fit!

Perfect for cyclists

This is a thin beanie that I wear under my snowboarding helmet. It's surprisingly warm and yet doesn't feel overly warm in higher temps. I think I may need a second one for hiking!

Great looking and great fit

day to day

This is my go to beanie for cool days. Works well with my casual work apparel. Never to hot or to cool. It's both comfortable outside and inside. My recent purchase included buying 2 extra for friend who is going through cancer treatment. He's really enjoying the comfort and style. Great product.
