Apparent high quality of LL Bean products. Fit was close for me but my feet are not typical.

Good quality. Good looking...have had a lot of nice comments about them. A little on the heavy side for a walker. I wear a 12 1/2 so I had to buy size 13 which is a little wider, so.......its a little sloppy to wear but comfortable. I will buy again.

Unlike others I am not impressed with their styling, but they offer excellent stability and flexibility. I rate the cushioning very good.

I purchased for summer work shoes. I walk a lot at work - in office and between buildings. Heavier padding around the ankle than I like but that's been minor. Comfortable out of the box and breaking in nicely. Not a hiking shoe, soft outer and midsole. My feet have stayed cool and comfortable with lightweight wool socks. Too early to know if they will hold up but, so far so good.

Had them a few weeks and they seem good so far for summer weather but that's the great thing about LL Bean, if they fall apart or something happens to them I can return them.

Comfortable walking shoe that tamed my nueroma. Only downside is it wears out much too quickly. I walk around 2 miles, 5 days week, and the bottom wore through within 6-7 months.

I like the shoes and would only change one thing if I could. The shoes are navy blue and I would prefer matching shoestrings rather than the white ones it comes with.

Have worn these shoes almost daily for about 6 months. Minimum sole wear -- no separation of sole and uppers -- still look good. Comfortably accommodate full length orthotics. Toe box is comfortably wide. Would like to see other colors (Brown). Should be an optional wet/cool weather version with Gortex liner.

Sneaker is a good fit. I like the laces as they don't untie easily when wearing. But the insoles are not kind to the foot. Very little in the way of padding. It's too bad since largely, I like them but I can see me putting the aside due to the hard insoles.

Will keep. Good looking. One small concern. Am older guy and a "bit" heavy for exercise.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have about 50 miles on them now, and continue to be happy. I do not immediately need to take them off after a walk. My feet are sending no discomfort signals. So . . . overall very happy.
The reservation: I have dye transfer on my socks from the leather portions of the shoe. As soon as they got a little water on them (from lawn sprinklers) I found blue stains on whtie socks. Now, the stains are not visible when I'm wearing the shoes, so not a big deal to me, but no dye transfer would be much better.

I like the laces - they don't spontaneously untie and lacing is easy....
The outer sole is only about 1/8 inch thick glued onto the supporting sole - I fear premature wear through
A good shoe for my daily 2 miles.

Very comfortable sneaker, great feel right out of the package. Have been on several walks, an all day fair at Fryeburg Me. and shopping at the L.L.l Bean store in Maine. Great sneaker.

My right big toe seems to be either too long or that shoe is a little short. The white laces should be gray, but they don't come untied like a lot of shoes. I walk 4 miles 4 days a week, and these have good support and comfort. Hopefully, they'll hold up over the long term. A good value!

I rate them a 7 out of 10. Not a 10 because they could offer more support.

I've put a few miles on these now. The tread is sturdy and good for walking on harsher surfaces, I walk on chip rock roads. They are comfortable and because of styling and color these shoes don't scream, "I want to be a TEENAGER."

Very pleased with the fit and comfort. They look good as well except for one thing, the thin white laces, they really look cheap. I ordered a pair of light grey 6mm wide oval laces (51 to 55 inch) and that improved the look greatly. Why no one at LL Bean thought of that is a mystery to me.

I bought this shoe late April 2024. I like the look, fit and they were comfortable. The major downside is that they didn't last long. After 13 months of wearing them an average of twice a week to play pickleball, both indoors and out, they had little tread left.

Smart, lowkey daily walk about. Light and breathable. A standard choice for 80% of time on Earth.

I bought two nearly identical pairs of these shoes, one in March (order #010367138141) and the other in November (order #010377933186), though in November I couldn't get my preferred color. The old pair have been used for dog walking in excess of 300 miles, and while the support is pretty much squished the paint on the sides of the soles is intact. The newer pair has only been worn to and from the car and to lunches, yet much of the paint on the sides of the soles has already peeled off. Not sure what was changed between the earlier order and the later one, but whatever it was made the paint come off very easily. First I was disappointed that my preferred color was unavailable; now I'm disappointed that they're not really presentable for the duty I bought them for (social occasions, not dog walking).
