I purchased this for my daughter in law for Christmas. It arrived early so I got a chance to look at it before I wrapped it. The overall look and feel of the shirt was really impressive. The corduroy was a nice, thick quality. It was long enough that it could be worn over another shirt and layered - perfect for the winter months in IL. My only regret is I should have bought one for myself.

I ended up keeping two of these shirts in different colors, but I think the design is a bit too long. They would be way more "hip" if they were about 2 inches shorter in the body length. Just my opinion.

Things I love about this shirt: corduroy is nice and soft, two breast pockets, long enough length, great as an over-shirt, sizing is good, constructed well... except for..... Things I dislike: the side seam pockets are worthless. Who needs side seam pockets in a shirt? If you put anything in them that has a little weight (like a cellphone), the shirt will droop down on that side. Shirts aren't heavy enough for that type pocket... save it for jackets. The positioning on a side seam is also an unnatural way to relax your arms when trying to use the pockets. Plus the bulk of material in the front of the shirt causes excess weight that overwhelms the rest of the shirt. The fact the fabric doesn't match the shirt is another big nope, and it flops around inside... just way too much excess fabric for pockets. I'm going to do some self-alterations regarding that. But overall, it's a great shirt that looks nice and fits well as an over-shirt in cool weather or summer evenings. And for reference, I'm 5'6" @ 153 and the large fits well.

This shirt doubles well as a light jacket. Its roomy enough for a shirt underneath but still can move my arms comfortably. The tall womens fits perfectly. I will buy this in every color. The corduroy is high quality fabric i expect fromLL Bean.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas and she wears it constantly. Throws it on to walk the dog, curl up on the couch, out to the bar.

I love the relaxed, flattering fit and the variety of pretty colors. I purchased black this year since it is the base color of my wardrobe. I own several in different colors and wear each over a brightly colored turtleneck top.

Love the color! These shirts are always comfy and long- lasting. This is a Christmas gift, so will have to wait and see what the giftee thinks.

Loved the rich teal color and soft texture of the corduroy. A relaxed fit makes it comfortable for layering. Warm and cozy!

This shirt is a heavy-weight corduroy, really a jacket (but I wear it indoors anyway). It is well made but it is short even for short-waisted me.

The fit and fabric is beautiful. But, why blue pockets? Blue pockets are a really poor design choice for an otherwise lovely shirt. I returned the shirt due to the pocket color.

Always buy xlarge as I don't like clinging shirts. Couldn't even button this one up! I want the classic corduroy shirt back!!! The classic was roomy, longer and so comfortable!

I bought the color berry, love it. The corduroy is soft and lush feeling, and I had every intention of buying another until I came to the pockets and what a disappointment. Not always wearing this type of shirt buttoned up, the pocket lining shows and wow. I cut the pockets away and sewed them up.

I am 5.5 and 140lbs. I have a small. I dont like it loose. It fits just right. It isnt any too big. I think they look better that way. But, that is personal preference. I bought the burgundy t shirt to go with this. It looks good together. It is good quality corduroy. I really appreciate it when people put their height and weight. It always helps me decide what to get.

I received as a gift and I like it except that buttons are very hard to unbutton. I was wearing a baggy t shirt and it fit over the tee very nicely. Very good fit

I'm really enjoying wearing this as a light jacket - a great layering piece! A bit boxy, but okay if you're going for that look. Layer with a turtle neck for a Diane Keaton effect.

Great color - dusty pink. Feels nice. Fits. Awful blue denim looking pockets!

The material on the inside for the pocket could be better quality and the same color to match the outside
