I'm a committed Kinvara wearer, they are my go to training shoes. I don't love the fit. Too wide in the heel and too narrow in the toes.

Been wearing kinvara since the 9, with the new change on these 14 I had to stop wearing them after two weeks, starting digging into my top left foot where the first lace row starts, you ruined a perfectly good shoe after years of success, I was worried about the bad reviews but got them anyway because Ive been wearing them for years, but the reviews were accurate and Im very disappointed, switching to Brooks Hyperion Tempo

Inside the uppers, at the base of the laces are elevated areas of stitching that seem to hit perfectly on pressure points at the first knuckle of my big toe. It is absolutely driving me crazy.

I bought the Kinvara 14 in mid March of 2023 and in that time I have put around 160 miles on them. After 3.5 months I have worn through the tread in several spots. I would give them 5 stars for comfort but 1 star for durability.

This is the first time I have disliked a Saucony. For the past 6+ years the Kinvara has been my core shoe expectorant for trails and race day. I typically go through 3-4 pair for each generation. The 14 does not hold up to previous versions. This version is way to tight in the forefoot and mid foot. The added stack does a disservice to the ground feel and nimbleness that makes the Kinvara so great. Maybe there is a place for this shoe somewhere for someone, but its not for me. This is a huge disappointment.

Great upper, ideal drop, light = fast traineronly down side is the heal rubs and actually requires some break-in runs. I used the last lace holes to help mitigate the heal rubalthough they still rub a little after about 50 milesIm still hopeful my heals will eventually get used to the shoe. Im a long time runner and wanted to shift to more of a true running shoemy first Kinvaras were from the 2010 timeframev14 is lighter and tighteronly downside is the heal rub.

I wanted to like this product, but the lacing system digs into my feet at the big toe knuckle. Ive put 20 miles in them and cant ignore the discomfort of the pressure. The orange loops that the laces go through has excess material that is not flush with the rest of the upper.

I used to run with Triumph and I feel the Kinvara's soles were too hard and had no spring/absorbtion. Unfortunately not a very good experience with this model!

Ive been a loyal Kinvara runner for 15 years, having probably gone thru about 30 pairs during that span. The heel on this model does not fit in the same manner as previous models and feels pinched. Im not sure if its too narrow or maybe the heel plastic is positioned differently. I thought the Kinvara 12 and 13 models were the best versions since the early Kinvara 2/3 days with less heel and overall structure/support to the show. I am going to load up on 13a while I can as I fear that if the 15 is like the 14, Ill need to find another favorite shoe.

I'm a fan or Saucony, and the fit has always been perfect for me, but the Kinvara 14 gave me blisters at the first run and they still really don't fit properly. I would go back to the Kinvara 12 if I could.

These are ok. They are narrow, but I also think the use of a huge insole is contributing to the discomfort because it feels as if the insole is concave inside the shoe. It is really uncomfortable for one of my feet, and I had to return them. For comparison, I can wear the Salomon S-lab Pulsar with no issues, and that shoe is arguably much narrower, but there is no insole and the midsole is relatively soft. The Kinvara 14 is fairly firm and stiffer than previous versions. I really don't like the use of the massive insoles, I think it's a cheap way to make a shoe feel cushioned and it really makes the use of aftermarket insoles challenging. Do better Saucony. Making a narrow shoe with less midsole to save weight is just a poor choice.

Man, I am surprised to see all the 1 star reviews! I love this sho. For me its the best since the OG. I find them true to size with discomfort as some reviewers mentioned. I found them, soft but firm and a joy to run in. My only issue is now I need to find a slow day and long run shoe. I find myself always picking up the pace in these; this where that are at their best.

Ive been running in kinvaras for over a decade now and theyve always been my favorite shoe. Ive always had the same size and theyve always fit me perfectly. This new pair is so narrow I can barely get it on my foot. So far, every run in them has been a painful slog.

Bought the 14s a few weeks ago and have put 25is miles under them so far. I LOVE them. They are insanely light, firm but cushioned, sole has nice rebound and stiffness to it. The upper is a pretty fine mesh, extremely breathable. The additional sole cushion is executed well on the 14s. The 13s feel much thinner but no lighter. The 14s additional sole thickness isnt as extreme as pictures online look. It is MORE than the 13 and previous models, but we arent dealing with Hokas or anything here. The 14s seem to be a great balance of weight, stiffness, cushion and well, pretty much everything. My only complaint so far is the uppers are so thin the laces can easily dig into your feet if you tend to winch your laces down tightly. Otherwise I have zero complaints.

I purchased these in the triple black color and they had a very apparent sparkly green undertone that does not show up in pictures. My son is incredibly particular about shoes therefore these were a no-go. However, customer service was incredible. The return process was simple and fast.

Bought it as soon as it came out. Love the shoe except that the upper is a little too snug compared to the Kinvara 13 and 12. The gray shoe and black soles make this shoe look awesome, finally a sole that isnt white.

Ive been a Kinvara fan since the beginning, and if this is the route the shoe is going, Ill have to find another model for a neutral, low drop distance trainer. This model is stiff, uncomfortable, and confining in the toe box. If you like the flexible ground feel and pseudo minimalism of the traditional Kinvara, stay far away from this update.

Kinvara’s are beloved running shoes for many reasons. Just be careful because this iteration is definitely on the narrow side which is why I had to return the shoes. Style, light cushion are still top notch.

A fantastic update. Firm cushion thats resilient in a very comfortable great looking shoe. Plenty of feel for the ground. Flexible with decent minimal support and just enough protection underfoot. Good job Saucony.

Hate the sole on these 14. Doesnt feel like the original kj kinvara neutral. It looks too much like Hoka. Please go back to the original style. Everyone at sports basement agrees the look imitates Hokas.
