This Clifton 9 is shorter than the Clifton 8 which is very disappointing indeed. I sent them back. I'm wondering why this has happened that they would have shortened the length. I have 8 pair of Hoka so I'm sure of my size and now I'll need to readjust. Clifton 8 was perfect.

I bought this shoe for walking. Normally,I would wear a size 8 wide but had to exchange for a 7.5 regular width. Although these are very lightweight and "plush", they are not as comfortable as the Bondi. The Bondi just feels more comfortable all around for me.

I have other Hokas but the Clifton 9 is the best. I normally buy shoes in Wide but the Clifton 9 don't come in Wide. I tried them anyways and they fit perfectly. Lots of room in the toes and so comfortable.

The Hoka Clifton are my primary shoes. Walking, Hiking, whatever. Hoka has mad it possible to be very active with very little joint discomfort!

Was so jealous that my friend had pink Nikes. But now I have pink Hokas! Fits well as usual. Very happy!

These are very comfortable right out of the box and felt great on my knees for my first couple of runs in them! I would definitely recommend!

I think the Clifton 9's are great. The tongue is longer and feels more secure. I wear them every day to work. If I switch brands or even type of hoka shoes I can feel it in my back. Go Clifton !

When I put these on I felt instant relief in my hips and they have continued to be comfortable! They perform well walking on hard surface, grass and gravel, and standing around at kids events on the weekends! I have a high arch and high instep and these are great for me. I border on wide and orders the wide to accommodate a "bunion-ette" and they fit well. The Pink color is gorgeous too! All the compliments! Can't wait to rock these in Disneyworld!

I wear HOKAS just about everyday. I work part-time in a ladies boutique that carries HOKAS, other athletic shoes and dressy shoes and clothes. I am able to provided good information to the customer on all our items but personal information on HOKAS since I wear them. I love my HOKAS!

I love these tennis shoes

I wear an ankle brace for endstage arthritis and the slight rocker bottom of these shoes make them a Godsend. They have a comfortable platform that provides stability but not too big. Since I discovered Hokas, I don't wear any other shoe, and Clifton's are my absolute favorite. Very light weight for the quality of the support. Since I need to wear them with skirts and clothing other than strictly casual, I'd love it if they came out with a design that was more understated. Ie looks more like a casual non athletic shoe.

The shoes took a little while getting used to them. They hit a bit high on the ankle. These were suggested by my doctor.

I love the way these feel .. they are very comfortable.. and comfortable.. great for a run/walk

These are perfect for work. I do a lot of walking around the school and these help me keep going without hurting my feet. I do have some feet issues and these shoes help to keep the pain at bay.

This shoe fits well into my rotation as an easy run/recovery shoe as well as super comfortable to run errands in.

I wear orthotics in my shoes and my right one has a slight heel lift due to a shorter leg. The tongue initially hit my ankle bone awkwardly and was uncomfortable. I moved the laces down and it solved the problem. I think as I break them in the tongue issue is resolving since I've been able to move the lace back up recently. Jury is still out as to whether or not they're as comfortable as previous versions.

I love the Clifton 7s, did not care for the 8s, so I was hesitant about the 9s, but I tried, and so far so good! The more I wear them, the better they feel!

I have 8-9 pair of Clifton 8's. And they ruined a great shoe. I tried them for a couple weeks & finally returned them. They are firmer in the sole, not comfortable at all like the Clifton 8. I don't know why they ruined a good thing & changed the 9 so dramatically. Its more of a pointed toe than the 8's. As long as they still sell the Clifton 8's, they'll be my go to shoe.

I use Hoka shoes mainly for daily walking and possibly an occasional run. The Clifton 9 was 1/2 size too big and I could've gone down a full size. I wear a 7 in the Bondi 7, and the 6.5 in the Clifton 9 I was swimming in. I have a narrow foot so the front of the shoe felt super large to me. Cushioning was pretty good as I prefer a plush feel when I walk. But overall, the color selections were weak, the arch support wasn't there and each step felt 'off' in this style.
