So comfortable and easy to walk in. I don't much like the heel extension but it's not a deal breaker.

My friend picked these up for me so I had no way to try them on. I based my size on a pair of ASICS I own but the Hokas r a half size too big, altho comfortable. She didn't keep the shoe box so I have no way to exchange for a smaller size..bummer.

I'm not a runner but I have been traveling a lot and do a lot of walking. These have worked great since the first day I put them on. My feet are very comfortable.

I ordered 2 pairs of the Clifton 9's the first day they were released. Loved the color choices and was extremely excited for them to arrive. I wear my Clifton 8's every day for my morning workout and afternoon walk around the neighborhood. I've tried to convince everyone I know to buy a pair of Hokas because of those shoes. They're just the best!! The 9's are really terrible! The cushioning feels different, and significantly harder than the 8's. The heel sits lower on the 9's than on the 8's. And, the worst part, the ankle area rises higher and rubs the entire shaft of my ankle. Ouch! Hoka, I wear your shoes religiously and shout your praises to everyone I know. These 9's missed the mark, please go back to the drawing board for the 10's and make them more like the 8's and 7's.

I honestly want to love these shoes, but the truth is my feet hurt so bad when I wear them. My husband told me I need to break them in its been 3 weeks and no change. I recommend doing your research because I just brought the wrong pair.

This style is narrow and firm. Will be trying a different style.

I bought these because I needed good arch support and extra width. Bonus points for the stability. Knee pain was cut in half after my first long walk.

I love Hoka! It was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon several years ago. It was so comfortable, however, the Clifton 9 is not as great as the old ones. These do not have the rocker motion that I so loved.

I liked the color. The toe box is wider than the Clifton 8 which is good but I needed a larger size to fit the length so these shoes look like monsters on my feet. They seem almost too wide and don't hug my feet quite enough side to side. They seem a little stiff. I use them for walking . It's interesting that I measure just barely over a size 8 but when buying athletic shoes I need a 9 or at least a 9. I'm 5' 5" and weigh 124 lbs.

Cannot express how easy these make walking indoors/on a treadmill and at high inclines/speeds. Great for working out and very trendy.

For me, Hokas run big; I typically wear an 8 in running shoes but ordered a 7.5 and that was a perfect decision. They fit just as they should by ordering a half size down. That said they are very lightweight and comfy and and seem to have less bulk than some Hoka styles. So far I am enjoying these! And love this pink color:)

I really like this shoe. It has a lot of padding and feels very comfortable on my runs.

Some years ago, I stopped wearing sneakers outside of the gym because I did not like how they felt when walking. I read some reviews on these sneakers and was skeptical at first, but after I wore them, I felt as if I were walking on cloud nine. They are comfortable and support my high arches. I would buy them again.
