LOOKS AND FEELS TOO BIG

my feet rolled to much in them and toe box to skinny hurt toes sent back and still no replacements horrible service

I need more Bondi extra wide. They are too hard to buy. Don't make me start looking for alternatives

The laces on these broke after less than three months. I contacted customer support and was told I could try and go to a store or just get laces someplace else. I went with beige so finding the same color wave is unlikely. Why wouldn't they just sell replacement laces.

Wasn't aware the sneakers were a final sale. Doesn't fit and I can't return or exchange it for another size or model. There should be extremely prominent language in the display ad indicating this.

I have worn Clifton's for the past several years and loved them. Ordered the Clifton 9 and it is too small. Exchanged for the same pair/same size in case of an accidental manufacturing defect and they are still too small. My feet are the same size but new shoe version with the 9's is running small so will order a different shoe or next size up. Not sure why Hoka is making their shoes smaller but is annoying.

i bought the wide 9.5 and these are just as narrow as the 9.5 regulars i had before! extremely disappointing from such a quality brand

I still haven't gotten them yet, I exchanged them like 17 days ago. That was a mistake, I should have done a return and reordered the wider ones. Tell my why it takes like 2 days for them to ship when you buy a pair but 20 days for an exchange?

Not enough support very uncomfortable show. If I could return on my would, I wore them 4 4 hours in gym today

The elastic band that attaches to the tongue on both sides no longer does that. It only attaches to one side which causes the tongue to ride up to one side, exposing the collar of the shoe and causing blisters on my ankle. This is a change of design from the original Clifton eight. And clearly they made a big mistake because these shoes suck. Additionally, sizing is not like it used to be so they fit a bit tighter.

Won't buy again

The heels are so soft my arch supports hurt my arches.

Bought a pair of Clifton 9's a few months ago. Fit great ! Since then 1 pair of 11.5 wides Clifton 9 's a lot narrower than by 1st pair purchased. Tried 2 other pairs of 11.5 D's just because they were a very good looking shoe and Hoka doesn't offer in a wide . Unfortunately those didn't work either. Anyway have returned 3 pair and have too look at another shoe company that has a better fit for me .

To Soft and To much rubber. Not near as good as HOKA Akasa I have been wearing.

I have worn Hoka Clifton shoes for more than 5 years and love their fit and cushioning. Until May 2022, I wore a size 10.5, suddenly it became an 11 2E. I am not young, so I feel certain my foot is no longer growing at my age. Just recently I ordered both Clifton and Solimar shoes online and neither style of 11 2E fit in length. Tried the 11.5 wide and they are too long and loose. Not sure what Hoka is doing but the re-sizing is making me shop for other brands of shoes. I cannot give Hoka a favorable rating because of the changes and the inability to find a shoe that fits. I actually went to two different shoe stores and experienced the same exact problem with sizing.

PRO: These were very comfortable. Probably the most comfortable running or walking shoes I have ever owned. I simply loved exercising in these things. CON: Unfortunately, it took only 3-4 months of use for the inner upper right heel to be torn apart. I reached out to Hoka about this and I was asked to provide a receipt so that they could assist me. The shoes were a gift and thus I don't have the receipt. It's a shame because if not for this problem, I'd be a Hoka customer for life. But I can't see dropping $150+ on a pair of shoes every 3 months that don't hold up. Very disappointed because these things are very comfortable but simply don't hold up in my experience. :-(
