Switched over to the Vapor Glove 6 since New Balance changed/limited their Minimus shoe to a single style/color. Fit is true to size and the toe box is wide and comfortable. The sole is truly barefoot - you can feel every rock/pebble when walking to the point they are annoying. I added a pair of my original Altra Lone Peak insoles to the VP6 which made them 100% more comfortable. I even tried out my Superfeet Run Support High Arch insoles and they fit surprisingly well. Overall, 4-Stars.

Love the super comfortable toe room and the low style Achilles & heel Support. The sole gripping design is extremely responsive to the terrain. I have long narrow feet and the style and comfort are an absolute joy to wear! Only negative would be they need slightly more arch support. Ps.i wore them everyday for the last four months and the treads are showing some smoothing( not sure of the lasting durability). I will definitely recommend them and will buy again.

Bought these shoes when they first came out. Really like them. Light weight, breathable, flexible. With "normal" width shoe brands I usually wear a size 9. I find the vapor glove runs a half size large in comparison so I had to return my original pair and get a half size smaller. I own a pair of Altra superior and had to go a half size down with those as well. I use these shoes for running and workouts in the gym. My only issue with the shoes is the durability of the outsole. I do a lot of running on the road and have observed flat spots on the outsole. I'm typically really light on my feet and don't have issues with the rubber on my other shoes wearing prematurely. I understand the outsole is extremely thin because it's a barefoot style shoe, but I think better outsole pattern would help with durability because it seems the small thin lugs are the issue. I would even accept a little extra weight for slightly more rubber/ more durable outsole.

Needed shoe that packs easily and is adequate for hotel fitness centers. Bingo! Fantastic fit. Compact and compressible for packing. Very comfortable on stationary bike, rower, and other exercise machines.

Im typically between a size 12.5-13 and the 13 fits comfortably. Intense traction which has been great on trails but does squeeze loudly when walking in a store.

Well bulit shoe. However, the sole is very thin so even just a sharp rock can hurt your foot though the shoe. Love the zero drop and the impression that I am walking bare foot!

I use them to practice martial arts outside. It is a combination of great range of motion and minimum traction (spinning and shifting without torquing the knee).

I like the feel of them, but there isn't much cushioning. I guess I should have expected that. I think it would be great for trails in the summer. Ok for indoors but not great on cement floors - my feet become sore after awhile walking.

The upper part of thia model is probably the most comfortable version I have worn yet but the soles are continuously getting more textured and less like a minimalist show.

Very comfortable shoe and a true barefoot design and feel. My only issue with it is that the soles of the shoes got holes in the in 2 1/2 months.

I bought two pairs of these at the same time. I read lots of reviews and was very excited to own two different colors. Then I opened the box to find that the colors are nowhere close to the photos online. Olive green? Really? Even in bright sunlight they dont match the photos online. Unfortunately I will be returning for that reason.

The shoe is good. The question is whether you like the feeling of a glove shoe.

The sole structure is certainly better, now coming over the toe box for the entire width of the shoe. The other thing I like is the use of a tongue below the laces, instead of the single piece "sleeve" of the Vapor Glove 5, which I find more comfortable and gives me a better fit.

Love the look, feel and fit but beware if you get the soles wet the grip is virtually non existent. I would only recommend wearing these shoes on dry or non hard covered floorings. They are also slightly splitting at the creases and getting gaps between the sole and upper shoe. Not worth $120 with all the issues.

I've had my pair for a few weeks now. My first outdoor barefoot shoe. I've worn them for casual walks and moderate trails. I wouldn't recommend them for muddy hikes or river crossings, the mud gets trapped in the sole ridges and can get very slippery. They're great for walking around camp or hiking on fire roads.

Most expensive pair of slippers I've ever owned and that's how they feel on my feet like slippers.....seem nicely made but compared to other Merrell shoes I've owned.....these are not going to last very long.....I will pamper them at @ $120.00 for the pair......comfortable but will not use these as everyday shoes......I'll save these for boating and try not to get them wet (not waterproof) or just for store runs or quick walks.....just don't see the merrell quality here.....like the look more than anything else

I got these 10 days ago and the sole is already separating so they wont hold up to daily wear for long. Not bad shoes as far as comfort, but for $110 Id hope to get more than two weeks out of them.
