My second pair and I love them. Very comfortable right from the start. Use them for working in the yard and going out at night. Look great with work clothes and tights and a dress. Can't go wrong with Bean boots!

Quality boots. The only problem I have is that the leather tongue of the boot is stiff and hurts if not carefully smoothed out. They will get softer the longer I wear them.

I love these. They are my spring & fall go-to. They keep my feet dry in all the rainy, muddy weather. I've had them a while now, and they are holding up fantastic. If they fell apart easily, I'd be letting someone know. I appreciate they quality construction of these boots.

I was worried the boots would get too hot but they fit well and keep my feet at a nice temperature.

Super happy with my purchase. They arrived just in time for a big snow storm in the northeast and way below freezing temps. The boots are very warm and comfortable, and didn't let any snow/rain in. I ordered a half size smaller than my usualy size and they're a good fit, I probably could have tried a full size smaller, but I'm okay with them being slightly roomy vs slightly small

My second pair over the years. Super comfortable, true to size, warm and help me deal with rain, mud and snow when necessary. I insulation helps in cold weather but also doesn't overheat you.

These boots are amazing. I have had my eye on them for awhile but wanted to try them on before purchasing. On a recent trip to Minneapolis I was able to get hands on the boots at the Mall of America store. Thanks to Emil in the shoe department I found the perfect boots. I usually wear an 8.5 but I wear an 7.5 in the Bean Boot. First wear was great. For 10 minutes I was worried that I would have buyer's remorse but then everything was great and I love them. So comfy! Warm but feet not too hot. I recommend these for everyone but beware of the size discrepancy. I haven't seen 7.5 on my shoes since middle school!

I boght these boots in early January 2005. If your feet are narrow, consider a full size smaller. I bought a 1/2 size smaller and with double socks they are perfect. Here's the thing that's more important. I live in NYC. We just had 10+ inches of snow. There is dirty black slush when you cross any street lots of cold ice paths. Not only do the boots stay warm, They also stay clean. The bottoms are espectially perfect for black ice which is hard to see at night. Another amazing feature is that they need NO BREAKING IN. They are pliable and soft and I wore them right of the box, after I got the laces sent to me. If LL Bean wants to make them MORE PERFECT, here are three suggestions: 1. Send a boot bag along with the box (which is the shipping box and came a little bit dog-eared. I would purchase one if available. 2. Show one or two shots of people wearing them in an urban setting with filthy slush in your TVCs. 3. Create and post a video on how to properly lace them, the LL Bean way. These boots are not just for jumping in the water to kayak, but also perfect for dirty snow urban settings. I also noticed that on a 20 block walk yesterday, I didn't see any other LL Bean boots. I am proud to represent your brand in NYC!

I've loved my classic Bean boots for ages, I should have added an insulated pair sooner! They are both warm and functional, exactly what I wanted.

This is my 2nd pair of boots and I love them! I have a pair of the OGs so I needed a warmer pair that wouldn't make my feet sweat. These are perfect for the milder Maryland winters.

My daughter loved them. She wore them to a NFL game in New York where it rained the entire game. Her feet stayed warm and dry.

I've always wanted these boots and finally could afford them. I sized down like the reviews said and they fit perfect and are surprisingly warm. They will be a winter staple!

These lined boots are great especially when paired with the great socks

They are the most warm pair of boots I've ever had. They are a little big with normal socks but fit perfect with the bean boot sock as recommended . I usually wear an 8.5 and ordered a 7.5 and an 8. Ended up keeping the 8.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She lost her previous pair when there was a fire in her garage.

Was looking for a boot for mud, hiking, snow, and I found it. Usually wear 8 1/2. Ordered a 9 because I plan on wearing them with thick socks. They fit perfectly.

Have always wanted a pair of these boots! Ordered 7.5 ( I wear 8 women) they fit perfectly. I wore them 12 hours the first day and had no issues. Great support, comfortable and feet were great temperature ( it was in the 20s) outside. Im in No Alabama, so we don't get snow/ice often. Can't wait to get into real winter weather with them !

Love my men's black and blue Bean insulated boots. I'm a women's 9.5, I got the men's 7. The women's 9.5 was out of stock, the women's 9 was too small the men's 7.5 was too big, but the 7 just right. Love my Beans, been wearing them since I was a kid btw the women's 10 was out of stock too

These are my favorite boots, even among the bean boots I've had in the past. I've been wearing them for the last few days ( I bought them earlier this week), and they have been great in several types of weather. Snow, slush, rainthey look great, and they're very comfy as wellthe soft leather and inside have proven for virtually no worry about breaking them in. And personal preference, but I love the color of the inside lining as well. 10/10 recommend.

Bought these in my regular size; I have wide feet and they fit great, even with thick socks. I wear them everyday when walking my dogs and I love them.

I can't wear any other brand of shoe! I just bought a very, very well known brand, that I can't wear! The cushioning and stability that I have and am receiving from ALL my LL Bean boots and shoes, are unmatched!!!!!!;

I am obsessed with these. Exactly what I wanted but they're 1/2 size too big so I'm returning them for a smaller size. Kinda wild because I'm a 6.5 in every shoe ever, so just know that these run big.
