I wear a size 7 and had to purchase these in a size 6. I absolutely love them and well worth my money.

This classic boot is comfortable and timeless. Definitely adhere to the sizing recommendation to go a 1/2 size smaller than normal. I did and have plenty of room even with thick socks for cold weather. I've already started wearing mine although it's unseasonably warm in Michigan. When I first put them on, I assumed I'd need to break them in. I was wrong because they are perfectly comfortable right out of the box. I wore them all day recently and they felt great. I can tell they'll soften and fit my foot in the coming years with more wear.

Nice sturdy boot. Normally wear size 8.5 shoe and the size 8 boot fits perfectly. Very happy with this purchase.

Bean boots are the Mack Daddy of boots. In my humble opinion, you can't find better, more heavily constructed boots anywhere else. They last a looong time and are worth every penny. This insulated, fleece line boot? Best purchase ever! Wore them while shoveling during our recent 12" snow storm and they kept my feet dry, warm and toasty the entire time. As to size, I wear an 8 or 8.5 depending on the brand of boot. I bought this boot in a size 8 and it fits perfectly even with thick wool socks.

Love my new boots- the lined version may run 1/2 a size larger. My last pair lasted over 30 years!

I love these boots. I read the recommendation to order a half size smaller than normal, but I was skeptical about that. I ordered my normal size, size 8, and they fit perfect, except they are a little wide for my foot. But they keep my feet warm and dry. Comfortable to wear all day while I am at work and I am on my feet most of the time at my job.

I originally bought the regular with no insulation and they were way too big. I went down a whole size and purchased the flannel lined. They fit great!

My husband encouraged me to make the investment and order these. They are exceptionally comfortable and you can tell they're high quality! I'm impressed. They're warm and fit beautifully, which was a big concern of mine. I ordered a 5.5 wide and it's perfect. Glad I read the reviews and didn't upsize like I figured I'd have to do to accommodate the wide width of my feet.

Wanted these Bean boots for as long as I can remember. Definitely worth the price! Warm, comfy and so cute!

Great boot for wet and snowy weather. The Traction is nice too. I have been wearing these everyday in MT's snowy mountains for sledding, walking/hiking, around town, and too and from the ski hill. Very cute!

After breaking in the bean boots they absolutely so comfortable and warm.

Love these boots! I usually wear a size 8 but I had to get a 6.5 in these. I originally ordered size 7.5 and they were WAY too big. The return process was simple and quick. I walked all day around Philadelphia in 30 degree weather and never got cold or sore feet. I find they fit me better with thick boot socks. Getting the right size is definitely tricky but you'll know it when you got it. Buy these boots!!

Love these boots and the warm flannel inside! I have always had a pair of LLB boots in my life for 40+ years. I normally wear a size 8.5-9 in boots. I sized down to an 8, but my foot moved around too much and felt a bit sloppy. The 7.5 was much better and improved with just a days wear. You might have to play around with sizes to get what fits best.

Very comfortable and love the lining! This version costs a little more than the originals, but worth it for the comfort!

I love all my LL Bean clothing and boots/shoes!! I particularly love these boots because they are tall enough to keep the snow, mud and water out. And they were easy to break in!

I needed a pair of bean boots for safari and these worked beautifully. When I had to get out of the Safari vehicle and help push it out of the mud I was happy to have waterproof/ mud proof boots.
