I made a purchase before Christmas. The package came on time! I was so happy with the quality of the two items. Unfortunately, I checked out the website and my boots had gone on sale within 30 days. I called customer service and customer service was absolutely horrible! The first person I spoke to said that she would give me a refund instead of charged my credit card again for the email with the difference.. I called the next day and the manager. I spoke to said she had credited my credit card and then hung up on me; unfortunately, she was lying to me and she never gave me a credit! So disappointing someone had to lie to me about my credit card! The second time I called I asked for a manager and I was never connected again I called back a third time on the same day. Finally I got someone who actually cared about customer service and getting the charges off my credit card so finally, it was taken care of! Beware watch your credit card with this company. I was really shocked!

Sizing was way off. I take and ordered a women's 11 wide. Although the boots and package said women's 11 wide, the boots were way too big both in length and width. I called to ask how to exchange, and the customer service rep "josh" kept saying 11 w, leaving out "women's".

Not worth the headache of finding the right size. Read all the reviews and to find the right size I would have to do a million returns. Not worth it. Beans shoes always off on size.
