I paid way more for these shoes than I would typically pay because I expected them to last a few years like previous Birkenstocks I've had. After less than 6 months of use, the toe loop broke and Birkenstock is refusing to refund or replace as "everyone wears through the shoes differently". So basically I rented these shoes for $15 a month which is outrageous. The store that I bought them from said that the toe loop issue was a common problem and that Birkenstock quality had gone down significantly in the last several years. Birkenstocks is sure not making up for the poor quality with customer service and they have definitely lost me as a customer.

I have owned this identical pair...same color and material for years and loved them. The sole of this pair was just way off. It did not fit my foot ...I can't explain it more than that other than my foot did not adapt to the form.

Show is extremely larger than what I am

After many, many purchases, I have found that I just can't wear Birks. My toes are quite a bit more straight across than Birkenstocks, and left my little toes hanging over the edge, so I bought a few more in wide, but that just left the back of my feet sliding around. So I lost a lot of money, but they are just not cut right for my feet. So sad.

there is no comfort in thm whatsoever,was looking forward to wearing these sandals,very disappointing

I have only had these since August 2020, I have only worn them on during the summer of 2021. The soul has worn on the outer edge of both sandals, I have two other pairs of these sandals and they did not wear like this.

The shoe fits great, but it is not the same color as pictured

Did not even try them on, look as if they were worn. This is the second time I have ordered Birkenstocks from Zappos. Like the previous pair, they looked worn and used. I kept the first pair I purchased about a year ago and though I would give Zappos another try. Never again.

Won’t be buying Birkenstocks from Zappos again. Not sure if they buy directly from the company? My the straps on one of my sandals completely fell off after very light usage. They won’t accept a return. Buy from Nordstrom instead.

Did not fit....too big.. I ordered the next size down....love Birkenstocks!

I like the way they look but I would not recommend this purchase. The blue leather is leaking on my skin makin my skin stain.

Hurt between my toes and upper part of foot. Had to return.

I have moderately narrow feet. These felt like boats. Very wide!

I love the look and feel of these shoes. This is the 2nd pair for me. The first pair lasted a few years. This pair broke at the toe strap after only wearing a few months. disappointed!

Hi, I'm Jenn and I'm a Birkenholic. Seriously, other than athletic shoes when needed, they're all I wear. I have been wearing Birks for 43 years. I've always been the same size. So, obviously, it's not like I'm new to the brand. These are waaay narrower than the other 5 pairs of Mayoris I've had. What gives, Birkenstock? Sad to have to return these, my old ones are shelled. Dangit!

I got blisters from them

Beware! The photo of this shoe looks to be a strong yellow color. It is not even close! It is actually an apricot color which is what it is named, but I went by the photo.

The arches were uncomfortably high in the beginning, but got more comfortable with time. These shoes looked very stylish . The straps got a bit loose with time and after a year both shoes were cracked through. They don't handle daily ware very well. I would not suggest this as your go to shoes if you want them to last a year. I really wanted to love these.

This shoe is very uncomfortable and bothered my arches. Had to return.

Cute but the straps were hard and rubbed my big toe. I have other birkies and they’re not like these. I was extremely disappointed.

LOVE these shoes - enough to buy them twice BUT each pair has broken (strap snapped near the big toe), rendering them un-wearable (one after two seasons, another after only one!) Such a bummer, especially considering the expense and Birkenstock's reputation.

The color is faded looking. Looks like it has been worn for years.

I loved these sandals, but the toe loop just frayed and broke at the base as other customers have complained. I don’t think it can even be repaired. I’m disappointed because otherwise these were great sandals and I paid more than I normally would for sandals because of Birkenstock’s reputation for quality.

This review is for a Berki-Flor version. The Birki-Flor product was inferior to the leather all around. I am returning it. It is a completely different product and there is really no comparison. The style was cruder, the arch support was not there, and it was clumsier to walk in than the leather. At one time, they offered a non-leather product that was similar in quality to the leather, but it is no longer available. I hope that they continue to offer the superior leather shoe because it is/was a great product!
