They just fit my feet, once I adjusted the straps even though I could wait to break them in, they would have been too tight. I sent them back. I love the style and the look.

Loved the style, but didn't end up being as comfortable as I had hoped. I was shopping around for a new pair of Birkenstock sandals and wanted something a little more jazzy than the Birki's slides I already own. I debated over a few styles but decided on this one because it had a toe loop versus hard plastic between the toes. I'm one of those people who loves thong sandals but can't stand any with hard plastic that rubs my feet. I ordered the Black Birko-Flor in size 38 (7-7.5). I really liked these out of the box but when I tried them on and walked a few steps I felt slight pain in the underside of my big toe where the loop curves in attaching to the foot bed. I'm not sure if this would go away after a break-in period but I decided to return them because I knew if they continued to bite the underside of my toe with each step there was no way I could wear them for any length of time. These shoes weigh nothing at all, fit true to size, and the foot bed was just as comfortable as the other Birkenstocks I own. Another thing I wasn't crazy about were the buckles on the shoe-they are plastic! I was very disappointed to see flimsy plastic buckles on Birkenstocks. Part of the reason I purchase these shoes is for the quality. I hope these plastic buckles won't be here to stay!

If you are looking for a comfortable, cute and feminine pair of sandals that you will just love then these are not them. These shoes are so awful all the way around. Boxes would look better on your feet.

After being diagnosed with tendonitis in my ankle, the doctor told me no more flat shoes. With my flat feet and bunions, I wasn't a fan of them anyhow. So, at his suggestion, I decided to give Birkenstocks a try. I was looking for a sandal in something other than brown or black. Out of the box, these were cute. On my feet, not so much. I'm a B width, but there's something about the way the footbed is cut, that causes it to cut into the bottom of my foot. Back you go. I should have gone with my first choice, the FitFlop Frou in cosmic purple.

They looked cute. the arch wore out over time. And these shoes 100% messed up my feet. I got these shoes as I thought they would be good arch supportive sandals. I ended up with extreme nerve referral and arch pain. I never had foot pain until these shoes. I know Birkenstocks work for a lot of people. I guess I am not that person!

I have several pair of Birkenstock Mayari so I knew what size I needed. But this pair came too small. My foot didn’t fit in the footbed. Immediately returned it.

Second pair ordered through Zappos. First pair had glue on it that rubbed my feet. This pair had two square sticky patches on the heels where there clearly was a sticker. returning and ordering through someone else

I love Zappos! It's not your fault the color of the leather isn't like the other, same ones that I purchased before. I THOUGHT I could live with it...the leather looks pale and doesn't have the same appearance. Looks inexpensive.

I have worn this style for years but they just feel narrow compared to other years. The toe strap is definitely narrower.

Size was just fine. This pair clearly missed inspection. The front of one shoe is damaged, so I'll be returning for a replacement.

The Leather between Toes was thicker on one shoe and felt unpleasant, so I returned the sandals.

This shoe was clearly WORN before it arrived....bummer

These sandals came in in a wrapper from Amazon not Zappos. The original box is missing. They are in a plain box. I have bought several items from Zappos and have never experienced this. I do not trust that they are real Birkenstock sandals so I returned them.

The straps are rough an hurt my skin.

Fit is usual for Birkenstock. Leather stiff and unyielding, very uncomfortable. I feel like something has changed in their construction…not seeing the quality anymore.

Turns out…I wasn’t sent the actual color that I ordered. I was sent beige or taupe or something and not the “oiled leather in Tobacco”. I didn’t know this until I was walking through REI and saw exactly what I thought I had ordered only to find out that no…what I was sent was not what I had ordered. But unfortunately I threw the box away and wore them so now I’m a little upset after spending so much time picking a color and then not receiving it.

I was not sent the correct item and my shoes arrived in an unmarked box. What is going on with Zappos?

Just not what I ordered. Sadly, I’m returning these. I ordered Tobacco Oiled leather. The box I received was labeled Tobacco Oiled Leather, but the shoes inside were Berkibuc. I’d love to exchange for the oiled leather; but nervous I’ll get berkibuc again.

I have been wearing this style and others of Birkenstocks for over 15 years. I have never received a pair that is glued together it’s the glue exposed. Even my incredibly old pairs do not have glue marks and the straps pulling off of the shoe. Very disappointed that Zappos would not do a basic quality check before sending out a product. I have also been a Zappos customer for any years and ordered many times. The quality is down with many shoes showing that a prior customer wore and returned the shoe yet it was sold to me as new. Please Zappos return to your standards of a decade ago. Birkenstocks please do so as well my pair of sandals should never have left Birkenstock quality control area.
