I don’t have a high instep but I couldn’t even get the shoes on.

These definitely feel uncomfortably small for their size, being much too short. My toes are rammed into the tip of the shoe. Although they look nice, they feel like they are made using much too sturdy, thick, and inflexible a type of leather. I would most certainly return them, but unfortunately I wore them outside for about three minutes at my home on pavement and imagine that would not be acceptable to Zappos.

I loved the look of these shoes and the looked soft and comfy - however I could not even get it on my foot! When I opened the box I thought to myself that they'd accidentally put size 9s in the box, but sure enough they were marked size 11. I could not even get my foot all of the way in. Unfortunate because I really think I would have liked them.

This is a beautiful shoe, but quite stiff with no "give" in the width. If they offered a wide size I would order it.

So so cute but painfully small and tight.

The sole of this shoe is so spongy and soft. Unfortunately, the metal ring holding the straps digs into the top of my foot. It's a cute shoe, but I have to return it.

Not what it should be - I ordered this shoe in wide and it felt narrow. I returned them. However they are cute. The review I read stated that the person had wide feet and that they were comfortable. So perhaps that person doesn't have wide feet like she think she does. I am not sure if I will try a larger size to accomadate the width. On the brighter side Zappos.com is the greatest!

The shoe is ugly! Ultra-wide toe. Flat-out ugly!
