NOTHING OUT THERE THIS COMFY. . . I ordered these shoes in brown and they were SO comfortable, I wish all shoes out there were this comfy. I felt like I could walk in them for days straight. The color and style was cute, but the heels weren't high enough for what I was looking for, so with much hesitation, I returned them. I will definitely keep coming to Zappos and might even buy this pair for a friend in the future.

Cute, comfy, functional - These are really cute and comfy. The only downside was that the heel shape is a little "dumpy". However that is what gives the shoe stability when walking so it's a pretty even trade. I have enjoyed them as a fun sporty little sandal to wear with jeans and casual skirts.

Comfy sandals! This is the second pair of Soft Napoli's that I've purchased. They are extremely comfortable despite the heel height. I will say that they are slightly wider than I expected but with the heat of the summer, they should be fine. I would definitely recommend them. Cheers

Sofft's Napoli Review - Generally, I like the shoe. My only problem with it is that the top of the heel looks a bit funny. Other than that, the shoe fits and feels good. LOVE the Bronze/brass Color!

So cute! These shoes are too cute! And I have huge feet (11W) and these actually felt almost too big width wise! (But they're not) I'm not used to such a high heel, but they look so cute and they are comfy. I am very happy with them.

Heels slip out while walking

Beautiful shoe. I wear a size 9M- for 50 years now, every shoe ever bought as adult, but this size 9M was running very small and I could not get my foot in. It is a beautiful shoe and I will reorder in a larger size. Excellent craftsmanship, and as always, Zappos ordering and delivery process is brilliant. Thank you!

Very stiff shoe. If it was narrower it still would not breat in quickly and be comfortablr

No heel support. Too low at back and slipping.

Extremely comfortable and stylish. The size might be a problem. 6.5 felt smaller so I had to size up to a 7.

These shoes were very narrow in the toe box and stiff. My toes were touching the upper part of the shoe. Loved the stying tho. So if your foot runs narrow, this is the stylish loafer for you!

I loved the style of these shoes. Unfortunately, the toe felt a bit tight yet the heel slipped.

I wanted to like these so much. I love the style and color. They feel like they could be comfy but my usual size was too small (my toes rubbed the front) and the next size up was so big that my heel came out.

The material & style are awesome!! My normal size was too short - half size up my toes still were crunched but the shoe slipped up & down on my heel. The best I can say is the shoe just does not work for my foot - wish it did - they LOOK gorgeous!

Very stiff shoe... uncomfortable. Also, one of the shoes squeaked with every step.

Quite tight but am hoping after several wears they’ll feel better. They’re really cute, but not out-of-the-box comfortable.

Going up a half size bigger is a good idea.

Good looking shoes, but the left one was too tight, and its usually my right foot that is problematic.

They’re really cute shoes but we’re not true to size. Sadly had to return them.

These are really nice looking shoes, However, I must return them because they came up too high on my ankle bone and I knew that they would cause pain.

If I could return them, I would. Heel Blisters! They have never broken in and I have given up. Super cute though.
