I loved this shoe and wanted so badly for it to fit, but it was just to big and doesn’t seem to be available in smaller size.

The fit was TTS but a tad snug with no show socks. The heel didn’t slip which is a big plus for me

Love these shoes. Have a slightly wider toe bed. It works great for me . Ordered patent leather first not as comfortable as the leather one. Worked out great!

Perfect trouser/Jean shoe for my coming trip to France. The toe box was a tad snug but they should be fine after being broken in.

I loved the look, feel and quality of these shoes. The suede was soft and the “barley” color rich and versatile. I only returned them because they were a bit too big for my feet, I ordered one half size bigger than normal, as this was the only size available.

A very cute, sexy and comfortable shoe! I've gotten a few compliments on the bronze color. Nice arch support and very comfortable to walk in, and it has good padding.

Absolutely Excellent - Very very comfortable shoe! Looks awesome on my feet, I get a lot of compliments. A little expensive but is well worth the price. Very well made. Fast shipping by Zappos. I wear between 6.5 and 7 and ordered these in 6.5 and they fit perfectly.

Comfort and Class! Just received these shoes on an emergency basis. Zappos was kind enough to expedite shipping at no extra charge. Why the emergency? I just had four toenails removed yet must attend an important writers' conference in a couple of days. I knew I'd need shoes that would accommodate my bandaged toes and swollen feet. Sure enough, thanks to the customer reviews I was able to get shoes that were wide enough for my tender tootsies. (I'll wear coffee-colored hosiery to disguise my bandages a bit.) And, finally, when checking for comfort on shoes with a platform sole, I subject them to the flex test. The sole IS flexible, meaning my feet won't be overworked with every step and fatigued by the end of the day. By the way, the buttery soft straps are positioned perfectly. My little toe does not hang out between the lower straps and the uppermost straps accommodate my very high instep. Those straps are two shades of bronze--very subtle and only slightly metallic. The platform and heel are a dark chocolate brown with a wood grain finish. Nothing flashy about these shoes. Just a classic, classy, strappy platform slide. And comfortable? Unbelievable! I am not aware of any pressure points, even at the center of the vamp where all the straps are gathered together by a dull bronze ring. Plenty of cushioning at the ball of the foot means these are all-day shoes--important for me when I'm schmoozing with agents, editors and authors. The heel height makes my legs look great and the shoe is just chunky enough to make my ankles appear more slender than they really are. Considering purchasing this style in the other color--black with pewter. Hope they have my size. One criticism, however. I wish the entire inner sole were a dark brown or bronze rather than tan. But that's easily taken care of with spray paint. Thank you, Zappos! And kudos to the designers at Sofft!

Very sexy fun shoe! I was totally pleased when I opened the box to these shoes. I wear a solid size 13 and always wanted a stylish shoe just like those made for persons who wear size 8's and with this shoes I feel I have truly got it!!! Sliding my foot into the shoe is a delight. I love the suede sole. I love the comfortable gel feeling under the heel. And when I stand in them they elongate my leg in such a way that it makes my calves feel sexy. Extremely enjoyable to walk in. And I have received compliments on their style. I purchased the bronze/gold color and plan to wear them quite often this summer. Great shoe from Sofft Napoli! And again, thank you so very much for styling for women who wear large sizes. Especially size 13's!

Wow Wow Wow - All I can say is Wow. These are extremely cute shoes and OMG comfortable. Who’d a thought? I swear they feel like slippers. I don't notice the ring in the middle at all. Sturdy. Again... wow, who knew? PS. Zappos rocks... my shoes arrived so fast!

This is a very, very comfortable shoe! The only thing that is not clearly apparent from the image online is that the colors are metallic.

Pretty, comfortable and sexy too! I love this shoe! It's so hard to find a pretty, comfortable and sexy sandal in brown for bigger, wider feet. This is it! I love the leather foot bed, too. It was comfortable from the moment I first put it on and I wore it all day with no problems at all. Worth every penny.

Very nice - With all my Zappos shoes this one is right on. The width and size are just right and this has always been hard for me to find.

Stylish shoes! It took a little while to get used to the feeling of the ring and the straps, but now I'm thrilled with these shoes and wear them often. I'm not really used to wearing heels this high, but these shoes are even more comfortable than some of my other shoes with shorter heels.

So Pretty! I love this shoe for dressing up and have gotten lots of compliments on the green and blue color combo that seems to go with almost all my summer clothes. The shoe feels a little smaller than I expected but is still very comfortable and a keeper. The sole on this shoe is just like its name: Soft! Feels really good and the heel height looks great but very easy to wear for long stretches. Also I couldn't believe how fast Zappos got them to me! This was my first Zappos order and it reminded me of when the Coyote used to order Acme products to get the Roadrunner and the item arrives about 10 seconds later. Incredible service!

Dressy comfort! This shoe exceeded all expectations! The padding was wonderful; the strap detail didn't cut anywhere, the strap connection left no tell-tale imprints/blisters. My heels have never felt so good in a dress shoe. One warning - I didn't expect the entire shoe to be shimmery (only the lighter straps), but it is. It actually coordinated even better with the dress than I had planned, but a bit too dressy for the brown linens I had intended to also wear with the shoes.

Sofft Napoli - I love this shoe. I bought it in the lime green and turquoise. I am a slightly older woman and am also a little heavy. I have a wide foot so most high heels are uncomfortable. If anyone has the same issues as I do, will find this shoe a shoe of comfort and joy! The padding is soft and thick and non-skid bottoms. It is great. I am going to buy them in the black.

Get lots of WOWs! Extremely comfortable and easy to walk in. A little snug for my high instep, but the leather seems to loosen with wear. I get lots of looks and compliments.

Sofft's Napoli - Buy these shoes in every color you can afford, because they are stylish and more importantly they are absolutely comfortable. You can walk in these shoes for long stretches without feeling the pinch on your toes or soreness on the ball of your foot.
