Very satisfied!!! I got this shoe in the bronze/copper color and really like it. It is a good neutral that goes with many other colors. When I first put the shoe on, I feel the ring in the center, but after wearing them for about 10-15 minutes I no longer notice it. Overall, they are very comfortable. I wore them all day for a graduation and was very pleased with how my feet felt at the end of the day! Love them! This was my first order with Zappos and I would not hesitate to order again!

Very classy looking shoe - First of all let me start by saying I am not a dressy shoe person whatsoever. I am strictly boots and sneakers, so for me to find a pair of dressy shoes that I like is mission impossible. These shoes are very classy looking and extremely comfortable. I thought I would feel like I was falling out of my shoes being that they are so open, but they didn’t feel like that at all. If I were a dressy shoe person I would definitely buy these shoes in every color.

Dressy Comfort - I rarely buy a heel this high. I have a very high arch and heel pain. I would not be able to wear this shoe all day but, for church and dressier occasions where I need a heel this is comfortable and very pretty. The size was perfect.

Very comfy, cute shoe - Comfy, cute summer slide - a keeper. Good amount of cushion in the toe area, too.

Sofft Napoli - Love the shoe. It's as beautiful as it looks on the web. And comfortable too. Shipping was fast. I think I am going to buy only Sofft shoes now on!

Very Satisfied - I purchased this shoe for my daughter who has a wide foot and limited choices. The initial shoe was a size too small (our fault). The replacement came within two days!!! The show looks great and is very comfortable per her report. This company is an excellent option for people who need a size other than standard. We are very pleased with the customer support from Zappos.

Very Cute - I usually wear 9N or 9S. I exchanged the 9N for an 8 1/2N and the length and width were then perfect. Very comfortable and pretty; I got them in the blue/green.

I love the shoe. I wear a size 5 and have a short, fat foot! I bought the shoe in a 5 med. and it fits great. If you have a narrow foot, this might not be the shoe for you. It looks sexy on!!

Really, really comfy... AND beautiful! I have a wide foot and can't tolerate uncomfortable shoes. This shoe is comfortable, classy, and beautiful! I ordered a pair for my sister as a birthday present. Highly recommended.

I like the shoe overall, but it is a little wide around my heel area.

I really wanted to love these shoes! Beautiful color, perfect heel height, nice rounded toe, simple classic style. Then I put them on--the leather was so stiff and rigid! I tried different socks, no socks, walked around in them (on carpet, of course). Alas, they killed my feet. Sadly I returned.

Shoes are beautiful, but too small.

Love the look but they are not soft - the toe bed is hard. Hoping they relax some.

Felt snug and looked okay - didn't feel cheaply made exactly, but didn't look as nice as expected.

I want to start by saying - these shoes are gorgeous. Unfortunately, I will be returning them as they were just a bit too small. I think if I went a half size bigger, they would be too large. Not an option in the Tobacco color so we'll never know. It is odd that the right foot would slip at the heel, but not the left. I will have to keep looking for the right pair of loafers for my skinny jeans.

They fit ok but they are so plain the look meh. Nothing like the picture.

Loved these shoes so much I bought a pair in black and burgundy. These are great for both casual and dressy. Nice fit and decent cushion in the footbed. I have slimmer feet and if you have a wider foot, they may feel too small, but they fit me perfectly. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Uncomfortable Ring - These are cute but the bit around the ring in the front dug into my foot after just a few minutes walking about my house. Which is a shame, the leather straps are soft, I don't think they'd blister and the heel is a nice height. They have a nice look to them as well, with the multi color straps. But I could tell the ring would be annoying, so I am sending them back.

Nice Shoe - The shoe is very comfortable. Just a little uncomfortable where the straps meet in the middle. Nice look and comfortable overall.

Gorgeous - These shoes are very comfortable. I got compliments the minute I took them out of the box.

Cute...but comfy? I purchased these and a pair of the Sofft Frances. These are slightly more cute and dressy - higher heel, metallic detail. However, while the Frances can go day and night non-stop, these are not quite so friendly. I am hoping that with a few wears they will get better.

Bee's Napoli - This shoe is nice looking and fit well but the little ring in the middle made them uncomfortable after awhile. The leather stitching in that area is rough and scrapes the top of the foot where it lays. Maybe it needs to be broken in but I've been able to wear them for a few hours at work until I can't tolerate them anymore.

Sofft Napoli - This is a great casual fashion shoe for people with narrow feet - it was still a bit wide for my 3A width, but I think it is a very true 2A or narrow.

These are beautiful, but I've had problems with the ring on the center of the shoe. By the end of the evening it traumatizes the top of my foot. I still wear them, but for short times.

Cute and comfortable - I don't give five stars unless it's the best shoe ever, so consider my four starts to be really good. I like the look of this shoe, I got tons of compliments the first day I wore it (I painted my toes to match and had on a really cute skirt and jacket, but the shoes got a lot of the attention). I have wide feet and ordered the wide width. I had a few pinchy places, but I wore them all day teaching and managed. I love the foot bed, it's soft and absorbent.
