I need a high quality rash guard that does not stretch and become floppy during lap-swimming workouts, and this LL Bean product suits my needs; I've also appreciated the thumb loops that keep the rash guard sleeves appressed closely to my skin.

I bought this shirt for kayaking on the coast - it is wonderful! It protects from the sun, provides great cover with the thumb loops holding the sleeves down over my wrists and the back of my hands, and is lightweight for the hot days. Definitely worth it.

I can't tell about the UV protection because I don't know how it works so far. But I believe to trust they because all other things they put in ads are true. It feels way better than my cotton T s

I bought this for my fianc and he loves it. It worked great for snorkeling, beach swimming, and hanging out by the pool to prevent sunburn. He says it's comfortable and it fits great. It's quick dry too.

Purchased this shirt to wear when I cut two acres of lawn at my house with the sun bearing down on me. It felt cool the whole time that I wore it which was two hours. It wicked away the moisture and was very comfortable. I had a very small basil cell removed from my back earlier this year and I will do everything that I can to prevent another! I also walk daily and wanted a shirt to wear while doing that. The next day I purchased another one and a short sleeve one ( I use sunblock on my arms with that one while walking). Really like these shirts.

Fantastic! I love that I can spend all day kayaking and not need to slather on sunscreen. This is my first sun-protective shirt- I decided to get one this summer because I have made the recent realization that I've spent a significant amount of money on the tattoos on my arms, and that in order to make that investment worthwhile, I might as well invest in this kind of thing. I am a 25 y/o femme but I got the mens shirt bc I like baggy shirts. I haven't tried swimming in it yet but I am excited to!

Another great L.L. Bean product. Very comfortable and light weight shirt. Like the fact that it will dry quickly if you get wet and it has UPF 50+ protection. Also the back pocket and the thumb loops are a nice addition.

I have a number of these, long and short sleeves, very comfortable, Keeps you cool, protection from the sun, dries quickly after swimming. Love them.

I got this as a last minute item before going on sailing trip. With frequent swim breaks I was so happy to have this because it blocked the Sun and also dried very quickly. The material feels really nice although I do worry how durable it is, time will tell.
