I am a trail runner . I think this shirt is very comfortable . I have a history of skin cancer and i like the fact that the shirt is rated as SPF 50.

This is the second one I bought for my husband. He loves this top. He is blonde and very fair. He wears this top when outside in the summer. Saves him from sunburn and is lightweight. I normally buy him size small but the small was too tight. It may supposed to be tight but he preferred the medium with a loose fit.

So glad I chose this shirt for my son in law! He loves the material, the fit and the color! Best of all he's protected from the sun whether he's running, doing yard work or hanging by the pool!

I love this long sleeve. it's perfect for our hot weather here S.C. so I can protect myself from the sun. I use it for walks and working in the yard.

I have another rash guard that's ok but is too warm on hot days. This one is lightweight and cool in the heat, and dries quickly. I'll be getting at least one more.

Sunshirt that looks good. Fit is very good. Fabric stretches and a pocket at bottom of shirt.

These long sleeved "cooling rash guard" shirts are surprisingly effective. They do protect you from the sun and distribute your sweat over the surface of the garment to aid in rapid cooling. I had thought that they would not be as effective as a woven shirt, but they are actually more effective, maybe because they are so breathable. You can feel every slight breeze on a hot day.

This shirt is perfect for being outside in the extreme heat

The Rash (and Sun) Guard did exactly what it was supposed to do. It helped keep me from getting sunburned and I was very pleased with it!

This is a light weight T-shirt. It is reasonably cool to wear. The weave of the cloth is very tight.

Spent the whole day edging my sidewalks and power-washing my deck on a 85 degree humid, partial-sun day. Somehow, it has a cooling effect that seems inexplicable. As a stocky red-head, haven from the sun is a blessing. Don't understand those thumb things, but LOVE the shirt!

Nice shirt with sun protection. I bought this as a gift for my husband, and it looks very nice on him. He probably would not have chosen the thumb holds.

Awesome rash guard. Dries quickly and keeps me cool in the heat. I was skeptical about the efficiency of a rash guard and it's ability to keep me cool but it does. Feels cooler than no shirt. I'm 6'3" and bought a large regular which fits good. Very lightweight. Has thumb loops on the end of the sleeves which is a good feature but I don't know if I'd use it. I appreciate the extra little string in back of neck for hanging the shirt on a hook without stretching out the neck.

By far one of the most comfortable, versatile shirts I've ever worn. I use it as an under shirt with a long sleeve cotton or wool when cool, under a short sleeve when a little warmer, or alone in warm weather. Has a silky feel to my skin that I enjoy.

My husband absolutely loves this shirt! It looks great and keeps him comfortable while playing tennis. The sun protection is a bonus.
