Received one of these maybe 10/15 years ago, and it had a thicker lining. This is still nice, but not as warm as the older one I had to replace. Use it pretty much everyday.

Weight seems nice. Not too heavy & not too hot. Washes up and dries nice.

It is a good weight not super bulky. The length is comfortable as my hubby is not super tall it comes about mid calf. It is full enough to wrap around and full across the shoulders. For the price I was a bit disappointed with the quality that the flannel was not heavier.

the fit, color, and styling are great. the material is very thin and I was disappointed with that.

The only reason for the 4 Star is because there is a scratchy tag sewn into the seam. I can't cut it completely out of the seam and it scratches my skin. now send me some cheese for my whine.

This is nicely full cut as my hub is a big guy with size 52 shoulders, but he is not especially tall about 5-8. It is full enough to wrap around and the length comes about mid calf. The flannel is not as heavy as other LL Beans we have had in the past.

LL Bean men's flannel robes are 10 star. Soft, long lasting, top quality flannel. Sizing is spot on.

Light Flannel and Nice Styled with a great collar and sleeves. The colors are rich the fabric warm. I would like a few more threads in the Thread Count. Seemed just barely enough Thread count Could be a finer texture seems like chambray flannel? Other wise this is a beautiful Robe. Almost a 5.

Both the XXL and the XL robes were to big for me. This item should be listed as..."runs way LARGE--order accordingly". Otherwise the quality was as expected.

Great quality but I would suggest putting a second belt loop on each side of robe. Current single loop hits too high on waistline.

Nice warm robe, runs a little big. Flannel is on thr thin side but very warm.

It isn't very warm. For a flannel robe it's a robe more for spring or summer.

The fabric is not of the quality I expected. Hope it last more that a winter. It run a bit large

Nice robe, arrived smelling horrible like mildew or something I'm guessing from the warehouse it was stored in. It took a few washes to get rid of the smell. Material is also thinner than I think it should be for the price, but my husband does love his gift. Def overpriced even as an llbean lover.

As always great quality stuff from LLbean but horrible packaging! I received in the past a nice dress box for clothing during the holidays. This time I received a paper bag with plastic around my items very disappointed for high priced items I would expect way more from ll bean.

I am a woman who has bought these robes for myself many times; at least five times I would guess. I have several robes but an LLBean flannel robe is the one I wear most often; three seasons yearly and inside when the air-conditioning is too much in summer. I find myself stepping on the hem when wearing a long robe going up the stairs so this length is perfect. I roll the sleeves and find the fit is perfect. It's one of the few articles of clothing I own that I cannot imagine not having. Truly one of my favorite LLBean items! I would agree with a previous poster that the flannel is thinner than in years past. It's still nice, but it won't last as long as robes I have owned previously. It's not as warm. I hope Bean will use the previous weight next year. I've given this review four stars rather than five for this reason. If it's not broke, don't fix it! I would still highly recommend this robe...for men or women. Worth mentioning, I've also purchased this robe for gift-giving at least four times. A quality product.

This is an attractive plaidI went with the green and love it. One caveat is that the flannel is less substantial than it used to be. The new robe replaces a Bean Scotch Plaid robe that is more than a decade old and is showing its age. Yet despite the wear and the laundering over the years, the new one weighs less than the oldabout 12% less. So it's not quite as warm.

Very nice summer robe. Was actually hoping for thicker flannel for the winter.

It's not turquoise! It's navy plaid, which was disappointing. But it's a great robe, warm and cozy. So it stayed. I ordered the men's size M because the women's colors were boring to me, and it fits fine. I like the shorter length - just below my knees, instead of mid calf, like the women's. I'm 5'10.

Lightweight but warm. Wish the loops were higher. But am already getting used to the differences from my last robe.

The flannel robe is warm and fit well. I owned several chamois cloth robes and frankly, liked them better.
