I have several pairs in different colors of these pants because they are very lightweight for working outside. I will say, the sizing on each pair is different between colors. I just bought a 33x36 and it's undeniably tighter and shorter than my other pairs in that size.

*It was great to be able to pick the exact waste and inseam sizes.
*I like the light weight fabric - keeps me cool on hot days.
*Despite being thin, the fabric seems really durable.
*The belt loops seem a little too loose - my belt can shift up and down a little too much.
*Would like to see pants like this with a relaxed fit option.

The waistband snap is not adequately supported resulting in it tilting so that the edge jabs one in the belly which is uncomfortable/painful.

Loved my Cresta shorts and similar feeling with long pants. I am a small guy and hard to find 30/30 pants that are't really 29/30 in actuality. These fit me well. If they wear as well as the shorts I will be a "happy camper".

Nice fit and feel. Good for intended purpose of traveling. Casual enough to wear instead of jeans, nice enough to wear to a nice dinner in a European country.

Comfortable. Ordered one size smaller than a previous pair as sizes seem slightly larger.

Purchased these pants for travel, as especially like the zippered pockets. The leg pocket easily fits your iPhone, but because it's so wide, the phone lays sideways, making it bulky and uncomfortable to walk.

Pleasantly surprised. I'm a denim guy but these pants are tough and lightweight. They're proving to be great for outdoor activities in the warmer weather.

Pros - fit, quality, stretchy, pocket design, price
Cons - fabric is a bit lighter than I would prefer

Comfortable, well fit and great in rough country. I have a minor quibble: I have a number of LL Bean winter coats, vests, years and hiking slacks. All of them are very durable except that their zippers need replacement well before the rest of the garment wears out.

I love these pants, but the legs are too wide for me. I had 2 pairs of a slimmer style, but they were discontinued. Happy to discover they're back! Cresta pants with straight legs Item # PF525077

I'm a former men's clothing buyer. Some reviews say that the waist is two inches larger than marked. The pants measure true to size when new or just washed. Because of the stretchy fabric they do expand two inches after wearing them for a short time. I tried buying a pair that were two inches smaller in the waist. That didn't work for me because the pants sizing was too reduced in the seat and thighs. I then tried one waist size smaller and that works the best, at least for me. This applies to both unlined and lined. Otherwise, they are very good pants. I like that all pockets have zippers for security, the fabric is rugged and washes and dries well, and that the silhouette looks good.

I love the pants as they're very comfortable. Love the stretch material and the looks of them. Only thing I dont like is that they slide down my hips due to the material being so slick. It lacks friction to hold to my shirt. Trying different stretch belts to accommodate.

Comfortable, sturdy hiking pants. Wore them on a hike in Grand Teton and liked how easy to get used to while on the hike.

Still great pants. When I first started using these pants daily there was one size. Now there are two slim sizes that are frankly feminine. The new water resistant feature only detracts from breathability.

With most LL Bean pants 34" inseam is fine. However these were extra long, more like a 36"

The pants look very nice. The material is strong yet light and comfortable with a nice stretch. The problem is the snap. I have not seen other reviews that mention this, so maybe they tuck their shirt in. Without the shirt tucked in, the snap is very hard and sharp and is very uncomfortable. Also, I normally wear a 32 long in LLB pants, but these run 2 inches longer so I had to get a length of 30.

Do not base your size on your favorite pair of jeans. Literally go 2 inches smaller on the waist, and 2 inches shorter on the inseam. The pants are not sized to sit at the hips; rather, they are sized to sit slightly below the hips. Be prepared to exchange, or potentially hem leg length. Except for that complexity, the pants are awesome! They are handsome, durable, useful, light and packable Once you find the perfect fit, you will love the pants!!

These were perfect for work, but for work I can only use black, like a lot of people. And there used to be a black option. Why would they drop THAT one and just have the others? I am wearing out the black one's I have and would buy this again today in black if I could, but I can't use the others. Please don't forget your customers and just get into creative colors with cute names. Bring back black!!! Please!!!

Comfortable pants. Good flexibility while sitting. Not a fan of the zipped back pockets.

I find that you change the countries where your pants are madethe sizes change slightly too when you do that. I can wear a size 38 on some pants and shorts . When I reorder, tha exact same product, they are not the same in size. This has happened numerous times. I even had it happen to your slipper I recently bought to. Very inconsistent sizing!
