I purchased these hiking pants for my husband as a Christmas gift, but returned them, because they did not fit him. The quality of the soft comfortable fabric, the style, and the finish, were all very appealing. However, the cut of the pants did not provide enough room for comfort in the seat, while providing a very relaxed fit in the legs. The waist and length fit, but the seat room was tight. This was surprising, because my husband does not have a long torso.

The pants are great, the color not so great. How about just blue and/or black?

Very good for hiking and even casual wear. Super light, easy to store for travel and dries fast. I have 2 and wear them constantly on my short hikes. Has good sizing, its difficult to get 29" inseam in general but LLbean has several pants with my inseam and one of the reasons I shop here. I do wish it had a few extra belt loops like jeans do. I'd like to see a few more color options, also a little pricey.

A light weight pant that appears to be durable. Went on a bike ride and got caught in a rain storm and I was soaked. No where to change but on the car ride back the pants dried in less than an hour. So I was impressed.

wore them on a trip to Acadia National Park and loved them. Were a bit larger than I anticipated but still loved them.

I bought these as an all around outdoor pant. They fit the bill well, but where ever you walk, folk will here you coming. The pants are loud to talk in around the house or outside - not as bad as 90s kids snow pants, but close. Walking in the due/frost covered grass around moose camp last week, the pants got wet and dried quickly. Quick drying for me is much more important that water resistance.

I really like them but as I have skinny legs I wish these were less baggy...a waste of material!

This is my husband's second pair. They fit well and go anywhere. The only problem with the first pair was that the snap broke. We are hoping that was just a fluke.

I felt that they were just a bit too wide in the leg. Other than that, they are great.

I really like these pants. They are extremely comfortable, and light weight for summer. My favorite hiking pants, but also wear them for just about all occasions. My only complaint is they are a bit large. If these were made in a 28 waist they would be perfect.

I bought 2 pairs of these. One from a store, fit great. The other was bought online, they are 2" longer. I'm trying to attach a photo, unsuccessfully.

My favorite hiking pants are LL Bean. Ive tried several top brands, but they don't function as well. I'm very please and plan to buy more LL Bean clothing.

Very comfortable but they don't come in a 33. Had to get a 34, so the are a bit large. Wife is not crazy about them. Comfortable for me!

Bought these for work around the house because they include SPF protection but always end up sweating, wish they were thinner for Florida climate. Great looking pant though.

I will use these pants when travelling. Because they are made of nylon, I expect that I will be able to wash them out in a hotel room and they will dry quickly. My only complaint is that I think they are cut a bit large for "standard fit." I have purchased four or five standard fit pants from Bean and these are somewhat larger.

Great overall. But a little tight in the seat. Primarily use them for travel, and they are super comfortable.

Although these are men's pants, they were bought by me, a woman , because the pants you carry for women do not have pockets worthy of holding anything safely. I am fortunate that I can wear men's.

I've come to love these pants. I wear them or the lined version year round when I need long pants. Cooler and more flexible than jeans. Thinner but wind resistant for cool weather. Lined version are great for cool to cold North Texas with wind resistant benefit. Stand up to washing very well. I recommend.

Comfortable and well fitting pants, however, leg openings are too wide. Material could be a little heavier too. The zipper pockets are great .

I bought a pair a few years ago and of all the pants of this type that I have, these are by far the best. The only flaw is the depth of the front pockets. I had to send them to a seamstress to get an extension. I am just now ordering a new pair and will see if this has been corrected.
