I love the features, the fabric, and plan to purchase a second pair.

I need small waist, long inseam pants. Most stores don't carry enough inventory to include 31W X 34 L pants. These pants from LL Bean are excellent for hiking and especially for travel. They include zip pockets, which are great in crowds in some areas. The fabric beads up rain or spilled liquids. They are comfortable on airplanes too. Price is reasonable, quality seems good, and there is a reasonable choice of colors.

Well constructed and good fit. Comfortable, lightweight and flexible with ease of motion, yet durable. Ranges between cool and warm weather and breathes while hiking. Definitely recommend!

I own a resort in northern MN and several other properties and purchased a pair of LL Bean hiking pants as an experiment last year. I am constantly on the move and complete numerous physical tasks every day, as well as hike between 6-8 miles each day. I was looking for pants that could stand up to serious physical demands, and serve as off the grid hiking pants. After wearing the pants for 3 days a week during winter, spring, and now fall, they still look new. Based on this performance, I decided to replace our work clothes/uniforms to LL Bean pants because of their comfort and durability. Additionally, they still look good when going out to eat or other social functions. Excellent pants!

I originally bought these pants for hiking and they have been wonderful. Comfortable, roomy, and tough. Lightweight for colder weather but perfectly acceptable with a base layer.
I ended up using them for hiking and travel. The zipped pockets provide reasonable security for my wallet, etc. (I'm sure that a determined pickpocket could get in, although I'm sure that there are easier targets around). Their stain and water -resistance help keep them looking nice between washes. They also dry very quickly allowing more time touring and less time washing.

My second pair...bought a 2nd pair for back-up in case LL Bean quits handling them.
Favorite things about them are: strong good looking fabric, lots of zippered pockets, the cut is not loose & not skinny...received a compliment about them at the opera...women sitting next to me asked where I got them and said she will order for her husband.

Decided to try these pants instead of jeans for everyday wear. Man, sure wish I had made the decision earlier. They are extremely comfortable and do not bind like jeans can. The stretch material has just enough give to not wrinkle and always look neat. I now have 4 pair and am quite satisfied.

These pants breath easy, are lightweight and stretchable. I wear them for ballroom dancing and they help keep me cool.

My husband has 4 of these pants. He loves them for warmer temperatures. He says they're comfortable and absorb moisture when sweating in hot weather. He wears them everywhere. Dress down with a golf shirt or dress up with a button down shirt. They wash well. I dry for a few minutes on low to remove wrinkles. He wishes they would have a navy pair.

Very lightweight, perfect for summer wear and perfect for packing for vacation. Fit almost perfect. Great color. Good for casual every day wear and quite acceptable for evening dining on vacation. Will probably purchase additional pair.

This is the second pair I purchased to use for travel. We travel to Europe and like to pack light. These pants are ideal: lightweight, durable, wind resistant and easy to wash and dry. I was amazed how cool they feel in warm weather yet very warm on cool windy days. I traveled with these Cresta pants all over Norway and felt comfortable the entire time. They pack so easily too just roll them up and take very little room in the suitcase. The zipper pockets are perfect for cell phone and passports. Leave the jeans at home and bring the Cresta pants instead!

The waistband snap is not adequately supported resulting in it tilting so that the edge jabs one in the belly which is uncomfortable/painful.

Loved my Cresta shorts and similar feeling with long pants. I am a small guy and hard to find 30/30 pants that are't really 29/30 in actuality. These fit me well. If they wear as well as the shorts I will be a "happy camper".

Nice fit and feel. Good for intended purpose of traveling. Casual enough to wear instead of jeans, nice enough to wear to a nice dinner in a European country.

Comfortable. Ordered one size smaller than a previous pair as sizes seem slightly larger.

Purchased these pants for travel, as especially like the zippered pockets. The leg pocket easily fits your iPhone, but because it's so wide, the phone lays sideways, making it bulky and uncomfortable to walk.

Pleasantly surprised. I'm a denim guy but these pants are tough and lightweight. They're proving to be great for outdoor activities in the warmer weather.

Comfortable, well fit and great in rough country. I have a minor quibble: I have a number of LL Bean winter coats, vests, years and hiking slacks. All of them are very durable except that their zippers need replacement well before the rest of the garment wears out.

I love these pants, but the legs are too wide for me. I had 2 pairs of a slimmer style, but they were discontinued. Happy to discover they're back! Cresta pants with straight legs Item # PF525077

I'm a former men's clothing buyer. Some reviews say that the waist is two inches larger than marked. The pants measure true to size when new or just washed. Because of the stretchy fabric they do expand two inches after wearing them for a short time. I tried buying a pair that were two inches smaller in the waist. That didn't work for me because the pants sizing was too reduced in the seat and thighs. I then tried one waist size smaller and that works the best, at least for me. This applies to both unlined and lined. Otherwise, they are very good pants. I like that all pockets have zippers for security, the fabric is rugged and washes and dries well, and that the silhouette looks good.
