Great fit. Nice fabric. Washes nicely in cold water, gentle cycle do not put it in the dryer. I wear it skiing and just on days when I'm outside.

This is the second Cresta Merino B/L I've purchased. Now I always have one to wear while one is in the wash. The weight allows you to layer for warmth without bulkiness. My original has worn well and is easy to care for. The design has changed in the newer shirt, but the quality seems just as good.

Amazing quality! I've been washing them on the gentle cycle and so far no damage. Otherwise, superfine and super fit to size. Just makes sense why I would spend the extra money for the exceptional quality of LLBean. Very happy. I went back and got a bunch more. We are switching to wool.

This is an excellent base layer for winter activities. I now have two - one for home/one for camp

Purchased two of these shirts for winter workouts, skiing, and hiking. So far they have proven to be warm (but not too warm) and comfy as a base layer. They successfully survived the washer and dryer, although the label at the back of the neck peeled off. The small size is just right for me - it fits snuggly and is not constrictive. The wool is soft and not itchy. So far, it does seem to resist odor well. Highly recommended.

The merino wool base layer is so soft and warm I bought three more. I paired this with the commando sweater and I'm no longer cold when I walk the dog on these frigid winter nights. Softest merino wool I've ever worn.

Seems like pretty good quality. Comparable with other merino wool base layers I have. Soft and comfortable. Great for everyday use; warm without being too warm inside. Odor free so no need to wash frequently. Machine washed and dried with no issues (gentle/low).

So soft. No itch, whatsoever. The tall stays tucked in to prevent cold air running up my back. 6'00", 180lbs

Comfy, love the thumb holes. I've never had anything like it, and I love it. 10/10, give me one in every color!

Soft, warm, love it. Comfortable. Also like the merino pants layer more than the artificial materials- can't go wrong here.

Purchased in Large Tall as he's long waisted and he's very happy with the shirt. Perfect weight under a flannel shirt. I was a little concerned about the "rubberized" LLBean logo on the chest (huh?) but, so far, has not peeled off in the warm water wash (no dryer). It's a winner!

I bought this item along with the matching pants for pajamas this winter. The soft wool is wonderful in bed at night.

I like staying warm without being weighted down and the Cresta Wool Midwt 250 does the job. Warm, comfort and fits right. I would buy another set without hesitation. I like Cresta wool because it's not itchy.

These mid-weight long underwear sets are so comfortable! I think I will probably live in them all winter, so I bought a second set. The medium fits me very well, though the sleeves are just a bit long. I have short limbs, so I expect this issue with most of my clothes.

Purchased for our 17 year old son to wear during our Midwest winters in the deer blind and while snow blowing. When he tried this on he was in love and has rarely taken it off over the last couple of weeks. It is so soft and a relatively thick wool. A little pricey but he will wear this nearly every day this winter. The blue color is what I would call dusty navy with a nice red stitching. We have not washed this garment yet but will wash on delicate with Eucalan wool soap and hang to dry. He keeps saying how warm the shirt is. Thanks LL Bean!
