I like the fabric but the large was way too big. I Returned it for a size medium, my man is 6 foot 3 and 210 pounds, this is the only medium size shirt he owns! I don't trust L.L. Bean sizing at all, I recommend sizing down. All the reviews were right saying that it is giant. Large was more like XL-2XL

I bought this because I already had one and loved it. The fits across LL bean are the most inconsistent which is a shame because they'd be great if not and I'd buy a whole lot more. I've ordered 6 river driver shirts and have to return three, all same size, I've ordered three flannels have to return 2 all because a lack of attention to detail (3-4 inch differences same size and model) on their part in size consistency

I bought this shirt a few months ago, and it fit fine at first, but each wash (warm water, which in the winter here is more like cold water) the sleeves get shorter and shorter. They are now several inches up my arms. It will go in the rag bin soon. The other LLBean flannel shirts I bought at the same time still fit fine. I don't see this color shirt on the web site anymore, so perhaps it was pulled.

Purchase two flannel shirts from Bean as i have done in past. Shirt arrived soft and in good shape as expected. Followed wash care directions to the letter and shirt now rough and nowhere near as soft as prior experience. Bery very disappointed in decline of Bean quality. Frankly shocked.

I ordered the slim fit. It was not even close to being a slim cut. Instead it was very relaxed. Totally misleading even though it has its own order number. I'll never trust LLBean again for Sizing

Very disappointed with the fit. Incredibly baggy for a "slim" fit. Felt like a traditional cut. Fit the shoulders well but had way too much room in the waste. If you're an athletic guy, this will not fit you.

very poor quality cotton. after one washing the shirt looked terrible. it was seriously wrinkled. I'm an LL bean customer and most of their products are of good quality. but this shirt was terrible. it's 100% cotton and what it needs is a polyester blend. 100% cotton is terrible.

Looks great, fits great. Unfortunately the stitching is falling out after one wear and one wash.

Purchased slim fit. Nice shirt, soft and fit well UNTIL it was washed. Instructions say wash in warm water and dry on low. It still shrunk tremendously and is unwearable. Cannot button it closed; sleeves at least an inch shorter. Very disappointing. Too expensive for this to happen.

Way too tight in the arms. Typically slim cut means the torso area. This short does that, but also has major reduction in the diameter of the arm sleeves. It's really tight. Bad design. And I'm a smaller guy, so this was a surprise.

Disappointed in this shirt as it now has started to look pilly which of course makes it look more worn out than the few months I have owned it. Would have expected more from a shirt at this price and will keep me from purchasing another flannel from you.

The material in the front ripped on the first wearing. It will be coming back for a return/refund.

Great products, but all your shirts are oversized, which is not a bad thing, but need more "slim" options then. Returned my purchase (exchange) for a smaller size, three weeks ago and still waiting!

Beautiful flannel shirt, but not a slim fit so it will be returned.

My husband is a slim 6'2" and has worn LL Bean products for decades. Sadly, these Medium Tall flannel shirts were returned right back to Maine! The sleeves were WAY too short!

The color wasn't exactly what I thought but the worst was after washing it's a wrinkled mess! I'm so disappointed I'm sending it back because it can't be worn like that.

A 'slim fit' is tighter then I thought-ordered regular..

I have purchased 3 of these LLBean flannel shirts, and was happy with the first 2. However, the last shirt I bought in December of 2020 was awful. The fit was fine, but the fabric was nothing like the quality of the fabric on the older shirts. This new fabric puckers horribly when washed. The entire shirt is puckered, looking somewhat like an egg carton, and has to be completely steam-ironed to try to flatten the puckers, never quite successfully. Since the shirt is plaid, the puckers are even more pronounced. I don't know what the change in fabric was, although this shirt was manufactured in a different foreign country than the 2 precious shirts were. I would rate my first two purchases at 4 or 5 stars, but this last one barely deserves 1 star. After this experience, and at this price, I will really be reluctant to buy another shirt from this collection.

I ordered multiple sizes and none fit. Arms were all too short. Also returns are taking FOREVER!!!!!
