I got this for my husband in November, having seen a friend in one. However, I first purchased the one with the lining, but that turned out to be too heavy, and awkward to put on over a long-sleeved shirt. I exchanged it for this sweater, which he loves; it is comfortable for wearing in the house in Winter. The only caveat is that the zipper is sometimes difficult to line up to zip. Oh, and it did shrink a bit in length, after washing in clod water. Otherwise a beautiful, cozy sweater.

The XXXL fit his upper body and shoulders but was long at the bottom. It seems to be made to fit a large man who also has a pot belly. If you are trim, it is baggy at the waist. Otherwise a beautiful sweater.

Great sweater, love it. I have worn it almost everyday since I received it. The price is reasonable, delivery time was good and the quality is almost perfect. I say "almost" because part of the zipper on one side was not completely sewn, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. My daughter mended it so now it is fine. Maybe improve quality assurance just a bit!

Comfortable, well-made, great color, my husband has two very similar from LLBean, one for winter, one for spring. He wears them all of the time!

I bought this sweater for my son as a gift. He typically wears a large, which is what I bought, but it found this sweater runs a little big. He kept it, though, as a medium would probably be too small. It is great quality - very comfortable and warm. This sweater can be worn casually or dressy, whichever you choose. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase.

I bought the sweater as a gift for my husband. It's very good quality and fit him well; however, the sweater is very heavy. By heavy I mean it weighs a lot. He didn't feel comfortable in it, so I ended up returning it to the store. It's hard to find a full zip sweater, so we were disappointed it didn't work out.

Originally was going to buy the lined version of the sweater. Based on reviews I decided it would be to much for the intended use. So I went with the unlined version. First thing I noticed is that the red wine color is darker that the on-line picture, which I actually like over the picture. The second thing was the weight. Other reviewers commented that the sweater is heavy. I don't think so. I wouldn't classify it as heavy, consider it to be on the light side. It does meet my need, which is to use it as an indoor sweater during the winter. The primary living area in our house is hard to keep warm unless we have a fire burning. This sweater works fine in keeping me comfortable. So for me it earns 5 stars. I expect that next year I'll go ahead and get the lined one.

Returned first purchase because it couldnt be zipped up. Received replacement and had same problem. Upon inspection, I realized the problem. The inside zipper seam overlaps on to the zipper track and gets caught in the zipper pull. I own this sweater in blue, and the inside seam is positioned away from the track.

Very nice quality. Warm. Got the vintage blue color. Its beautiful, he likes it a lot, but now he wants the grey also.

Love the sweater. Wearing it is comfortable, stylish, and warm. However, the sizing is odd. I normally wear a large, but this large sweater is snug. I simultaneously bought a large flannel shirt which I returned for a medium size. The sizing at LLB is not consistent. I don't know if I'll order another item since I had to pay for the return and the expedited shipping twice.

HARD FOR ME TO REVIEW THIS. LOOKS VERY SOFT AND COMFORTABLE. ITS A X-MAS PRESENT! I THINK IT WILL BE WARM AND EASY TO WEAR FOR MY DAD.

I really like the color and feel...I got it then looked at a newer catalog and saw that there's a new lined version that's more should have got that one..

This sweater is perfect! Its warm comfortable and a beautiful color. Fits like a charm.

Had to return for two reasons: much too big and the zipper was defective. Zipper started only with much tinkering and then stuck half way up. I can understand paying return shipping for size error but not not for defective zipper. Probably will shop elsewhere hereafter.

Perfect fit and excellent quality stitching. You never know what you will get internet shopping. Its good to know if there was an issue and it had to be returned, it would be easy. I bought one, then another when I saw the quality. Best value for the money.

I ordered this sweater for my husband in burgundy and it's absolutely beautiful! It's heavy enough to keep the chill off without being too heavy, and feels good while sitting and reading a book in your favorite chair on a winter night in the Rocky Mountains. It is 100% organic cotton and can be machine washed. The color is gorgeous and it's so soft. Made in Jordan.
